Been here w months and my front yarlooks shity the water in the ditch .stinks .i wonder when its gonna get finished?

Rent increases every year by increasing amounts. $50 this past year. You get limited pool passes, whats a family of 6 supposed to do with 3 passes. The rules are very over the top. There is no talking to management about issues with there rules or policies, they would rather just kick you out. Just how i feel about the place.

Great Park for Soccer

I dont live here, a close family member does. I cant rate it on their management but shes never complained. They have clean pools, plenty of parking, people drive slow and are usually quiet but will sometimes have respectful outdoor parties. Lots of kids playing outside. The neighborhood is really clean, well put together, family member has wood floors, up to date appliances, and water conscious toilets. Dollar general and heb are both really close There is a really nice view of a pasture and a hill.

Any good reviews are faked, just read the name, I mean Wet water? Cmon fake it better than that

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!Do not live here or anywhere with this woman as your landlord. She cares nothing about you as a person. She only cares about making money. She is extremely rude when you try to talk to her.I received a letter asking for small changes to the property, when I went to the office to ask her some questions to clarify what the letter meant. She said to meI didnt send those letters out so I dont know whats in then, but they better get done or you will receive a fine.How does she not know whats in the letter? Extremely rude. Avoid at all costs.

The managers make sure most homes are not messy from the outside and look clean,the pool is a good time but you need passes and its only open in summer

Rules are very ridiculous! If you own your own home you still cant have a pet not even if its an indoor pet.

Clean place and well kept. The roads are little narrow for the neighborhood though.
