Fantastic staff, they truly care about the needs of their residents.

Amazing staff who cares so deeply for each and every one of their residents. They go above and beyond to make sure we (as loved ones of a resident) are being listened to. We have access to our mother as often as we need it, even though we cant currently go inside, due to Covid restrictions. We couldnt be happier with the decision for our mother to live here, and we have the absolute HIGHEST expectations that are being met.

Memory Care of NB is a beautiful facility. We are getting ready to possibly admit my sister in-law. What I like most about this Memory Care are the employees. They are so caring and pay special attention to each patient as if they were related. This is what we are looking for. It’s very clean and it’s so big and open the patients aren’t crowded. My husband says he’s ready to check in!! Thank you MC of NB for providing such a nice place for our loved ones.

I recently visited Memory Care of New Braunfels and was pleasantly surprised. Patients’ rooms were clean and neat. The common area is bright and friendly with plenty of room for everyone. Patients were well attended to in appearance and had plenty of interaction with the nurses. I didn’t see anyone sitting alone. My friend’s mother is a patient there and she is very comfortable with the care her little mother receives. I expected the facility to be dull and have that stuffy smell you expect in a nursing home. I’m glad I went to see for myself.

24/7 nursing to be able to take diabetics, on staff message therapist and all inclusive is only a start of the WHY in being New Braunfels choice for a secure community.

If you are looking for a safe and loving environment to care for your loved one, then Memory Care of New Braunfels is the place for you. The residents are nurtured and receive round the clock care. Compared to other facilities, I would give Memory Care of NB a top tier five star rating.

I sure hope they dont treat their patients like they treat their vendors. They have a balance of almost $5,000 for services they received and will not pay. I honestly dont know how they sleep at night stealing money from small local businesses.

Horrible management. This facility lacks professionalism to the extreme. I would not recommend.

DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE THEY ARE ABUSIVE AND THERE IS NO CERTIFIED NURSES HERE AND HALF OF THEM HAVE EXPIRED LICENSES THEY ARE ABUSIVE AND THE ROOMS ARE FILTHY THEY DO NOT SHOW CARE TO THEIR CLIENTS THEY ARE VERY ROUGH AND ALMOST ALL THE THE PATIENTS HAVE DIAPER RASH AND SMELL LIKE THE HAVENT GOT BATHED IN A LONG TIME THEY ARE ALSO BEING INVESTIGATED FOR INSURANCE FRAUD SEVERAL CO WORKERS TOLD ME IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER HERE I SUGGEST FINDING ANOTHER HOME THEY ARE NOT IN GOOD HANDS
