New to the area and in need of a new threading place I was excited about trying this place especially after reading the positive reviews about Sonya. However my experience was not as good as I hoped, she took too much hair off and left a bald spot that wasn’t there before. I let her know this but she insisted that it was like that when I came in. Now like any woman I look at my face every day and I know it wasn’t like that before so it was very rude for her to even suggest I was lying. The only thing that saved her was she did a great job on my younger brother but I do not understand why I didn’t have that experience. Will continue the search for another place.

First timer here, and I brought my husband along for his first threading! Very sweet lady!My husband is pretty sensitive when it comes to plucking of any kind, but this wasn’t so bad as it was quick enough for him to tolerate it all in one sitting, which was no more than 10 minutes.She’s very efficient and the results are very pleasing. Services are surprisingly affordable for anyone! You’d think you’d have to pay much more for the results you’re givenWill be taking both my moms here very soon

After reading a few reviews, I decided to try Sonya’s and I’m so glad I did!!! Sonya asked me how I wanted to do my eyebrows since I haven’t done them in a while and after giving her a small description she provided me with exactly what I wanted and was fast too! I enjoyed my entire visit. It felt like I was visiting with a friend and I look forward to seeing her again. She is my go to person from now on and I would recommend her to all of my family and friends.

I go here regularly and i always had sonya do my eyebrows. Today was my turn for the younger lady to do them, i did not like the results, she did them waythin and they were no where near even. I like sonya but the younger one could use some training.

Sonya is one the most sweetest people anyone could ever meet. I started going to her a few months ago to get my eyebrows threaded and fell in love with the way she threads them. She gets them perfect every single time. My first time ever going to her, she kept stopping to let me see if I liked how they were coming along. It was my second time going there...tha young lady butchered my eyebrows had to drive all the way to San Marcos to get them redone. Sorry will not be going back. I didnt recognize it until I got in the car and looked my sun visor mirror 1st pic,is what i looked like at 1st. Second pick is when threading and Spa in San Marcos fixed it

I knew what I didn’t want, but only had an idea about how I wanted my eyebrows. Sonya made me feel extremely comfortable by explaining different things during the threading. She stopped to make sure I was happy with them several times. I was expecting it to be painful from reviews i have read in the past of various salons. My eyebrows were painless. I was so pleased with my eyebrows when she finished. She is phenomenal!! I decided to have my entire face done. My side burns hurt like hell, but they were rather hairy. I loved the soothing effects and smell of the aloe she applied. She even defined my brows with powder for me. I looked 10 years younger when she finished. Sonya exceeded my expectations! I’ve definitely found my new go to!

I have been going to Sonya for nine months . She always does a amazing job . The first time I did my eyebrows it hurt but know it so painless . My eyebrows stay on point for 3 weeks . I have noticed it takes the hairs longer to grow back, and you cant beat the price . 10 dollars I used to pay 25 when I waxed my eyebrows. If you are near her shop stop bye the earlier the better she does get packed . Avoid going in on Friday or Saturday . I always go on Mondays . Shes the best I love how my eyebrows look give her a try .

I have been going to sonyas strings for about 6 months and not once has she disappointed me ! She will talk with you on what you want done if your like me and trying to shape and have thicker eyebrows she will do her best to make it happen.
