The staff here is top-notch. The gym is always very clean it’s nothing glamorous or anything it’s planet fitness but it has everything you need to keep yourself healthy and meeting all of your fitness goals. Hands-down it’s the best bargain as well if you are a black card member you know what I’m talking about

I like planet fitness, it has a great variety of equipment and good monthly membership prices. This particular gym just felt a bit crowded, I know all the equipment is appreciated so people dont have to wait but I think the building is just not big enough to accommodate all the equipment. Always clean and staff is always polite and helpful.

The manager on staff is extremely rude and has no idea how to communicate with an upset customer. She’s very unprofessional. She called me liar and refused to give me a refund after they charged an old account 13 months after I canceled. She hung up on me and then I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone at the establishment.. I called repeatedly. It seems as if maybe the place is being run by a group of high school kids with no experience.

Great gym, very clean and well kept. Employees are friendly and it usually isnt crowded. Been going for years and still really enjoy it.

The staff is wonderful at explaining things and helping you understand payments and what type of drinks they have/why. I cancelled my membership about 4 years ago and recently came back and the guy who helped me register was super nice. I also like that their equipment is still about 6 feet apart and that I can bring in my own lock for the lockers.I would definitely recommend due to the amount I pay each month and how friendly everyone is!

Clean,Staff stays busy, has plenty of machines to work with. I recommend this place to coworkers and friends, my only complaint would be the TVs. We cant change chanels, and both times i was there NFL and WWE wasnt shown.

Friendly, professional staff walked me through the process step by step on setting up membership. After the young lady introduced me to the trainer and walked me around the center explaining their amenities. She was sure to let me try the relaxing chair and bed and sold me on the benefits of the Black Card. Not even in my hometowns country club do they provide such polite service. Btw did I mention that all this came for a price of less than $25 with no contract.

I love this whole setup, i dont feel like people give me any attention which is what i prefer in a gym bc of my anxiety. I enjoyed this better than the gold place with the muscle bros

I wont lie, this is the only gym Ive been to since I was 17 so I dont have experience with other gyms. But I will say that Ive never had a bad experience here and employees are always helpful and friendly. Gets crowded for sure after 5, people will wait in line for machines to use. Its also around this time that cleaning stations will run out of paper towels to wipe the machines down and the employee s have a hard time catching up. But besides that crazy hours when its packed, plenty of machines for everyone, cleaning stations are usually stocked and its a great, no judging atmosphere.

Dear planet fitness owners, to be able to cancel my membership why should I spend my money on gas to get in your gym, or spend money on certified letter to mail my cancellation notice to you?Why can’t I use an email, the one you have in my file to do cancellation without spending a $?

I am a Member over 6 years and just transferred my Membership from Florida to Texas, right around the Corner!! I love the POSITIVE SPIRIT from this Gym, because it is really a JUDGE FREE ZONE!! CLEAN, CONVENIENT, NICE PEOPLE AND STAFF and everything in ONE for your needs!! Take your Time and try everything what you never have done before.. and dont feel bad or observed, bc NO ONE POINT A FINGER HERE!! Do your THING and ask for Help when you need it!! 😌❤️

First time visiting this location and I just moved to New Braunfels. Ive been traveling so Ive been to abunch of different Planet Fitness. The Owner/ General Manager thats running this club are CHEAP! The gym itself is small and way to many members at this location for it to be this small. The showers have hardly any water pressure and no sanitizer in any of the dispensers!!! I can tell they are trying to go as cheap as possible 😂😂 but they are probably going to end up losing members because of it. Im either going to lower my membership to $10 a month or look for A better gym in town.

Front desk has nice polite people. Most of the gym is clean. Needs more dusting. Lock room is clean when I go in. I don’t use the showers so I can’t comment. I understand expressing yourself but if you have a dress code, enforce it like the mask rule you enforce with a lecture. So far I have no reason to end my membership.

The staff were friendly and it was so clean there. The water preasure sucks though in the showers.

Decent facilities and usually not to crowded. One major thing I noticed is they dont have a standard benchpress or squat rack. The best option available is a smith machine.

Second time going to this location and I really liked the set up. It felt more spacious.

Mask policy is way too relaxed. Too many folks either not wearing masks or wearing them on the chin. Ive had covid vaccine shots but still wear my mask for the wellness of others, too bad others dont think its important. If the staff enforcement was at a higher level Im sure clients would feel like priority one.

Planet Fitness in New Braunfels, TX gave me a Day Pass to try them out. Planet Fitness has a lot of the equipment I like, and it was clean and everyone was friendly. I decided to join the next day and Lauren was very helpful and friendly. Thank You!

Really nice facility. Clean locker rooms and showers, toilets always clean even at busy times. In my opinion probably the best PF I have visited.

The Planet Fitness app can show you if the gym is crowded or not. Overall, its clean with a good variety of gym equipment.

Im a truck driver so I go to any planet fitness where I drive. Facility missing soap and hand sanitizers. This is the only Facility that doesnt have soap in the showers. Workers not friendly at all or just dont like to work there.

They advertise a $10 monthly fee. In reality, they do have a $10 monthly fee if you utilize only the Planet Fitness Center where you sign up. If, on the other hand, you want to be able to utilize any Planet Fitness Center throughout the country, as they advertise, the cost is $25 a month. For me, $25 a month is excessive! I didnt sign up.

Its okay. I have to me extra trips at times to get towels. I guess Im just being spoiled by the seguin location always being stocked and having hand sanitizer at each station.

Planet Fitness is a great place to workout. The facility is constantly being cleaned and social distancing protocols are being observed. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Just signed up today and Katie was awesome, gave us a tour and explained the process. Did my workout and then figured I would try the water massage table. Thats when it took a down turn. Lauren had a bad attitude and when I asked if I needed anything to start the massage she rolled her eyes assuming that I should already know how to operate the massager. Now Im a little on the fence. I guess lets see how the next few days go. Kindness and a smile go a long way especially to those of us that already have a hard time walking into a gym. Thank you

On a cross country road trip in a van & got a planet fitness membership for access to showers on our trip. Starting in Florida & ending in Oregon this is the first HOT shower I’ve had since leaving Florida. It was so nice! The locker rooms were clean and staff were lovely which unfortunately has not been the case with all planet fitness locations we’ve visited.

Im changing my rating Because I am severely disappointed In planet fitness, The only reason I joined was to get the free T-shirt, And complimentary pizza, But to my dismay they no longer give out either of these.

My wife had to go open an account for me while I was at work, Austin was so helpful! That evening when I arrived all I had to do was take a picture and he gave me a tour of the building. Very informative and was able to answer all of my questions.

Gym is clean/well staffed. Open 24hrs.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. Ask for everything in writing. Do not take any verbal information.Terrible customer service. Due to Covid I have not gone to gym. It was closed then had restrictions. I called in July to Cancel my membership. Was told that I could put my membership on hold for three months. That I had until a specific date to cancel by so that I was not charged for month of October. I called yesterday to cancel as I was told I could. Surprise there were no notes in my account. Was transferred to a manager named Trey. He asked me if I remember who I spoke with. I did not. He said there was no way to verify what I was told that I would have to come into gym to sign a cancelation request. Trey informed me that I still had a $58.00 early termination fee. I told Trey I had no problem paying that I just was asking for help with the monthly fee.I come into the gym today to sign my cancel request and pay my early termination fee. The young man at the counter told me I have bad news you have to pay the termination fee as well as the monthly. He goes to get the manager. Trey comes out, I knew this by his nametag.He asks if he can help me. I said did the young man tell you what my situation was. He just looked at me. I said did not we talk last night again no answer.I paid the fee, trey finally spoke and said it was a third party billing service he could not do anything. I dont get it. Over the last 5 months I had called in 4 times yet there was never a note in my account. Trey questioned my character as if I was lying yet I have no way to leave a note in my account that is on their system. Trey told me that they had sent out Ean email saying they no longer accepted 0gone cancelations. I know it is easy for me to say I did not get that rmail (which I did not) but it is just as easy for him to say it was sent out if it wasnt. I mean there are 0 notes in my account yet I spoke to 4 people over the last 4 months. I would bet he did not put notes in my account today regarding my complaint to himI know this is pretty petty. But I guess I dont understand why you give someone a title of manager yet they have ZERO CAPABILITY OR DESIRE to do something that would result in a positive customer service review.I was charged tax on my cancelation fee as well. Which seem illegitimate to me.This gym location is average quality no different than some of the other planet fitness gyms I have been in. But definitely not as nice as some of the better ones.Hopefully a Anytime Fitness or a local gym opens close to me soon

The layout of this location isn’t as private as the Universal City location, however it is air conditioned much better. Tons of equipment to choose from, dozens of TVs with plenty of entertainment for your work out, and spacious locker rooms with a few showers. Typical PF location.

I really like the gym. This is the first time Ive ever been to a PF. They redid their tanning/sauna area and then the fascia to the rest of the gym. It certainly brightened the place up and gave it a totally different vibe. Well worth your money considering how cheap it is for a basic membership. Just wish they would make more space for the weights and add some more weighted machines or free weights in.

Bo soap in the bathrooms. You didnt have to wear face masks. No real social distancing.

Planet Fitness bills itself as a judgement free zone, but when you look inside on the wall of the gym it describes a person and proceeds to call him a lunk. This is the very judgement that they claim NOT to have.Intolerance disguised as tolerance.So much of this going on in the world and now we see it in the gym--go figure.

Just started and I am a bit overwhelmed by the size of the facility. But that is to my advantage. I am a shy work out kind of person. I can pick a unit not near anyone else and work out with out feeling as self conscious about myself​. Plenty of equipment and variety for beginners to well seasoned. Only $10 a month! That beats my $40 I paid for at the other 24 hour fitness place. Love the environment and cleanliness of the facility. Looking forward to a long and beneficial membership.

Love this Judgement Free gym... I enjoy arriving at 10 pm working out and heading home. Perfect way to end the day and unwind. The PF app is awesome for workout ideas and tracking workouts... Plenty of machines and always super clean.

24 hours open is a PLUS. They are always cleaning and making sure place is kept up.

Great location. I just wish there was a way to use the hydromassage for fourteen minutes rather than seven when no one else is using either bed without having to get up and bug the person at the front desk/check in area. Seven minutes flys by way too fast when you’re on that relaxing machine.

So, let me start by saying that this place has been great! I enjoy going there to workout and dont have an issue paying....however, today (May 6) I go to do a workout, they scan my card as usual, and I proceed with my workout. I pay for the black card membership as I enjoy the hydrobed and massage chairs. So as I normally do, I finish my workout and go ask for a hydrobed....the gal at the front (nice, no complaints) proceeds to tell me that I have a balance due. After some discussion, I ask from when. She says February. She then tells me that I cant use my membership anymore till the balance is paid. Now mind you, I try to work out several times a week, and this is the first time someone has said anything. I asked her why I am hearing about this now, May. She told me something about it takes awhile, really, till May? Now, I dont have an issue paying whats due, but I have to do those things on a payday. I think it is kind of hypocritical that you have taken my membership fee for March, April, and I have to double check May, and my yearly equipment fee in April, and I dont get to work out until my February fee that I just found out about is paid? Sounds a little low to me....I dont think I have even gotten an email or phone call...it is a little discouraging.

This location always has friendly staff. They are always willing to answer whatever questions you may have. They keep the location very clean and sanitary.

This is brand new gym to military dr, new equipment, shower stalls available for those that want to sweat a little before going in to work. Love it!

Cause stuff is so nice with menbers the gym is very comfortable and membership is very affordable for everybody.

Decent location, friendly staff. Very happy they got rid of all the Cybex equipment and brought in Life Fitness. The workout area is pretty good. BUT, the Locker room is in dire need of renovating. The lockers are old and beat up. There is not enough places to sit down, and not enough mirror space. They should gut the locker area and start over, mimic the other clubs.

Clean and descent size for a planet fitness. Much bigger than the one in killeen tx. Wasnt too crowded at the time. If the killeen location was this size, i would definitely sign up.

Clean place, very well equipt too. The staff was helpful, knowledgable and professional. Great programs for the beginner to advance. I recommend this gym for your fitness needs.

It gets the job done. They don’t have all the equipment a body builder can dream for but you can get away with the machines available. No soap is offered for showering. One water fountain that’s usually slightly below room temp. Mostly has treadmills with three smith machines (avoid peak hours). For $10 a month, it keeps me in shape and less than a mile away.

Good gym for the price. They have machines and free weights. They do not have more advanced weight training items and do not market themselves as for someone who would use them. Friendly staff. Locker and weight room seem clean but tanning and massage beds do not.
