There are two sides to my review. The gutter install work they performed was good initially and I was happy. However, a few weeks after the fact when it gets windy the gutters vibrate and sound like Transformers are landing nearby. Pretty freaking loud. Multiple texts and calls not returned. It’s pretty disappointing because the initial experience was good. Not responding to a customer in need, however puts a pretty poor taste in my mouth and I can’t recommend their services for this reason.

ZERO STARS (if I could). Dont do business with them - they will take your money. They verbally agreed to do a roof job for our company after using them for a small gutter job. We gave them a check for $8,000 and they have never done any roofing work, nor will they return the money. Our county says this does qualify as a criminal offense, yet they take thousands of dollars from people and dont perform the promised work. They know how to avoid being prosecuted because they have done this multiple times and continue to do so. Do not be swayed by their family business story or the positive reviews, some of which are from family. Stay far away.

Believe they started scamming customers. Luckily ours got done, but work in one area was questionable, and had to be redone.

Beware of this company. I reccomend to stay clear. Joe accepted my down payment on April 30,2019. After 3 months of promising to get it done next week, I have requested a refund of my down payment. Joe will not respond to calls or text. This is not the end.

By far the most professional and well put together company I’ve ever had work done by. The personnel are very respectable and the work gets done a lot quicker then I anticipated!! All together five stars from me!

Very bad to do business with . Gave Dave $8,440 on 1-8-19, I ended up canceling the work due to his lack of urgency. I keep getting the run around, no one calls me back about my refund. Contractors are so eager to be nice to you, and much quicker to get your money from you, but have excuses about how they cant do the work. So I give integrity a negative. Being a business man myself thank God I dont run a business like that.

WARNING!These people did work at my house at the end of 2018. If I would have never climbed on my roof to take a look, I would have never known they did not do what they were supposed to. I paid for seamless gutters with leaf relief covers (they left the leaf reliefs off). After texting them and showing pictures they said they would make it right. Its been over 30 days with zero communication now. They will not answer phone calls either. I will have to seek legal action and BBB for correction.

Amazing service! I meet with the owner who fully explained his companies custom gutter manufacturing and leaf guard. Installed same week in 2 hours while I was at work and I couldn’t be happier. In addition to the great service and same day estimate, the cost was the best in the coty when I compared to 3 other companies. I will recommend this company for all your roofing and gutter needs!

Highly recommend Dave (owner) and his crew at GRANADE Roofing. They did a fantastic job and came out to adjust some of the sealant that didnt set correctly (not their issue, it was because of the weather). Professional and very personable team.

Granade Roofing completed work at our house installing gutters and repairing awnings. They were at the site when they said they would be and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. We highly recommend them.

I contacted Dave to have repairs done that were noted during a home inspection for the sale of my home. He was prompt to go and inspect the roof the same day. I was out of town and he called back saying that he fixed some minor problems and roof was in great shape! He wouldnt even take any payment for going and doing the work!!! Wow... Here was an opportunity for a roofer I never dealt with to find things to charge me for and make repairs I was told may be needed. His honesty and integrity were evident here and it was refreshing to find a guy you know wont charge you for repairs you dont need. Great guy to deal with. Highly recommended!!!

I will be very straight forward and will say the good and the bad. I dealt with Joe directly for a gutter install on my home and their quotation out of 4 or 5 was the best even with 6” gutters. I proceeded to give them a my 50% deposit as required and got a promise job would start in 3-4 weeks. it took them 8 weeks to start the job. I understand that business get behind on schedule and my job was only $1550 so i knew they were going to put me behind, but going 8 weeks was too much. Communication with trade companies is only good when they want your business but after they have your money, they go mute. This was no exception for Granade Roofing. I called, texted and left vm to Joe to confirm start date but hardly had any response except when they were almost ready to start 8 weeks later. The work was done in a couple days and trusted their work so did not bother to inspect after completion. I inspected their work some time later and noted some warping on the gutters but could not really tell if that was an issue. I noted that they installed the gutters over the dripping edge but was not sure if that was going to be an issue. We had rain the last few days and there is water behind the gutters running down the dripping edge to the fascia. I have called Joe about it and how it needs to be fixed by putting the gutter behind the dripping edge to force water into gutter. It has been a couple days now and no response yet. I expect them to back their work and make it right in a timely manner. Until then, I will give them a low rating. I will update as things develop from here....

I needed a new roof on a B&B, so I contact 3 roofers to get bids. Dave was the only one to show up. I dont normally go with just one bid, but I was so comfortable Dave & his bid that I did in this case. No regrets. The guys did an excellent job & even handled some unknown issues that came up.

Called, they came out and gave an estimate. However not using them, because I got a better quote.

Gave them a down payment in May... made excuses on why the job had not started. Stopped answering and returning phone calls in August. Filed with BBB and now taking them to court.

Granade roofing company did my new beautiful roof two weeks ago !! Mr Granade was very hands on the whole proscess. His crew was very professional and very detailed oriented ! They added ridge vents at no additional cost and life time shingles as well ! I would and will recommend GRANADE roofing company to all my friends and family !!!
