I was traveling back 12 hours yesterday and got a rock chip in my windshield and he was able to get me in today!He explained everything, takes pride in his work, and very down to earth! Sept. 5, 2021. 4:15 pm. That was the scheduled time and date. As i write this it is now 4:45pm of the same date. I have called twice. Left two voicemails. And still nothing. I am at the location that was given to me. No one is here. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to return a customers call. Even a text or email stating what’s going on is perfectly fine. Completely unprofessional.

Repaired a big chip with a 2” long crack. Came right out when we called. Couldn’t believe the final product, didn’t know that chips could be repaired so well. Almost can’t even see where the chip is! Super knowledgeable and will be using this business for future issues. Highly recommend.

Driving home from Houston after a family trip and received a dime sized chip in my windshield from the BMW that cut us off. Got home, called Precision, and they came out that day to fix the chip. Art was referred to us and we couldnt be more pleased. We had a crack in our windshield, 3 1/2 inches long and didnt know if it could be fixed. Not only did Art make it disappear before my very eyes, he worked around our schedule, and made it happen. Art was very professional, polite and pleasant and the icing on the cake was learning that many of his employees are fellow vets, some of whom he rescued from the depths of despair, gave them a job and a new life. Googled windshield chip repair and came across Precision Pointe. After reading some reviews, I decided that I would use them to repair the chip on my windshield. Art came to my house to address the repair and the work was phenomenal, it’s not even noticeable anymore.This is the second chip repair on this vehicle with the first chip taken to that nationally advertised shop. After seeing what Precision Pointe did, I regret ever going to that repair/ replace joint.If you need windshield chip repairs, lookup Precision Pointe, they do quality work at reasonable prices.

Art could not have been any better. He came earlier than originally scheduled and was very professional, courteous and up front about everything. He explained his warranty and completed the job very timely. You can barely see where the rock chip was.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Art repaired my windshield on my 2018 gmc.I was expecting him to tell me he couldnt repair it.i previously took my nissan altima in to another location(glasscompany in San marcos)and the damage wasnt as bad as the truck,the repair itself was terrible.they left a big hole in my windshield& didnt fill it in or take the air out of the repair.art explained & showed me the correct way to fix it.Ive found the best place for a best fix. Precision point!The end result is nearly invisible and I have to look for it.If you didnt know it was there, you wouldnt be able to tell.he also made me aware that the windshield on the Nissan wasnt eom original, or have dot stamp on it.when the back windshield did.bottom line, Im a customer for life,done right the first time.10 stars.some before& after photos

Not sure about the guy saying he doesn’t understand how the business got five stars! Art is very professional and knowledgeable. He keeps his appointment and does fantastic work. This is the reason he has so many great reviews on google and Facebook.

I have absolutely no idea how come this guy can get five stars. I called him two days prior to the day when I could come in and he seemed really nice. Called him on the day he did not return my voicemail I left a text I called twice more. I left another text and asked him could he could at least do the courtesy of informing me if he was working that day. He then went on a rant telling me basically to never text or call him again. I have no idea where that came from, He showed such disrespect. Instead I got a great appointment with Grasshopper auto glass who fixed my windshield that very same day.

Made me an appointment and kept me updated on his arrival time, so there was no waiting around wondering what time he would get to my house. Arrived on time and explained everything he was going to do before he started so he could answer any questions I might have. Completed the job and I was very happy with the outcome. He was very responsive and even offered to come to my home because the next day he was all booked up (about 5pm that afternoon). He explained the process and the work was phenomenal! Art did an amazing job on my chip. He went out of his way to come to the condo we were staying at late on a saturday so that it wouldnt spread on my trip home the next day. He was very professional, the chip basically disappeared after he fixed it on my new car. He was prompt, explained everything, very professional, and I enjoyed chatting with him while he did the work - he is a very stand up kind of guy and I was very relieved that I got such great service. No reason to go anywhere else in my opinion.

While driving to New Braunfels for a long weekend, a semi threw a rock and left a serious crack in my windshield. As soon as we got into town we called and Art (the owner) was able to make time for us within an hour. He did a great job explaining everything and got us fixed up in no time, which was important because the temperatures were dropping and would have resulted in the windshield cracking further. It was a great experience and would definitely use them again.

I went out of town for the weekend and a truck threw a rock on the highway that caused my windshield to chip and crack about a centimeter long. I stopped at a local out of town business on my way back this morning and thought they had fixed the chip; until I got into my car at noon and noticed that it looked like they only filled the chip, not the “legs”. I stopped at Precision Pointe after work, without an appointment; and Art was extremely welcoming, polite, and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly and efficiently repair the unfinished job on my windshield and give me a peace of mind that I would not have to worry about the chip spreading. Art did a very good job on my windshield with a 7in crack in it, Art fixed it right up. Here it is almost a month later and it has gone no where still right where he repaired it at he did a great job. I love the way he helps his veterans in and around his community. He took time to explain the good, the bad, and the ugly, including what could happen during the extensive repair. I decided to give it a try and stood there while he did it. Spoke to owner about addressing my windshield crack, he told me when and where he or his employee would be in New Braunfels. Drove from SA to NB and no one was there. Called and texted with no response. Had to return to SA empty handed with a chipped windshield (wasted trip, time, and fuel). Texted him again that evening asking what happened and he texted back and explained. Understandable. He told me he would repair windshield for free for the inconvenience...great. When I reached out to to set up a time for repair....no returned call or text. Waited 20 days and followed up (today) for the repair appointment...still no returned response. Just call or text your potential customer in the future and let them know a simple yes or no instead of wasting everyones time. This is clearly my experience and my opinion. Ill be going to another service provider of such services.
