I owned a rental home that had such severe foundation damage that it had become unrentable. I am in my seventies. Payments without rental income had become a serious problem for me. Ted and an associate offered to buy the house for $6000.00, do the repairs, and flip it within a few months. They gave me $6000 cash, we signed a contract, they fixed the house up and rented it. That was November 2017. The mortgage remained in my name. Ted is now two months behind in payments. My credit is being permanently damaged. He doesn’t respond to calls.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ted Melcher has come by my home THREE times. I have a No Soliciting Home NOT For Sale sign on my front door. Ted has been advised since his first visit that we were not interested, to please respect the no solicitation sign, & to not come back. Each time he’s come by he’s been super aggressive & will not take no for an answer, even with the threat of police being called. Today I actually had to call 911 because the minute I opened my door & saw who it was I told him to leave or I would call the cops & immediately shut the door. This crazy man once again REFUSED to leave & shouted at me through the door & I became concerned for my safety. He only left once he heard me talking to the 911 operator & he STILL left his card. Be careful of this person, there is something not right with him, & he has no respect for personal boundaries or the word no. A police report will be filed in SA & NB, one wasn’t earlier bc I had a full blown panic attack & had to have EMS come out as well. This has gotten scary for me & my family. BEWARE of Ted Melcher if he appears on your doorstep!!!!!

Poor experience I had to deal with. Ted was supposed to help my family find a home,We paid him 500$ for his time, and services. No questions asked. Oh big huge mistake...., he wouldn’t call us every week with a update like he said he was going to do. This was worst mistake ever, we gave him plenty of time. 3 months and nothing? He would tell us the same thing every week.... Nothing would ever fall through. He lied and basically bs this whole thing he never found us a house.. So we asked for our money back became a problem ... it went a whole month of him not answering our calls he would ignore to the point where he even would turn off his phone. If you do Buisness with this man I would really consider looking somewhere else I wish we have looked at more options then dealing with this man. He even told us we couldn’t talk to other investors or relators we kept that promise we didn’t find anything other options because we thought he was going to find us a home. Oh we were very wrong...... Please don’t trust this man or do anything with him. He’s definitely a scam artist shouldn’t even doing business like this promising people things and nothing happened. Such a bad decision.

He was there for me and provided me with sincere guidance on how to get my house out of foreclosure and get my credit back on the right track. Because of his help, one day Ill be able to buy another home one day. Truly a fantastic person and wonderful company. Highly recommend doing business with him and his associates.

Ted Melcher is a god send to me and my family! He went above and beyond to help us get into a wonderful home when nobody else could! He helped us out in so many ways and we are truly grateful to have met him!
