Immaculately clean, smells like it when you enter the place. Family-owned and operated by super friendly and humble brother and sister team. Their prices are very reasonable and they offer a lot for the price. My packages and mail have never gotten lost or stolen. Their mailboxes are amazing you even get a text every time you get mail or package deliveries so you don’t waste a trip.I highly recommend this please for all your office and business shipping and receiving notarial services, faxing and printing and even stamps!

Completely unprofessional. A customer had double parked in front of the store. I asked the customer if he was aware hed done so. He stated he was aware and did so so that his doors would not get dinged. I stated he could park further back in the parking lot to achieve the same goal without taking up parking spaces (ones which disabled persons and pregnant women could use). Thats when the lady behind the desk decided to chime in and state that because hes a mailbox customer he can essentially do whatever he wants (paraphrased). I said my piece to the customer our conversation was over, and he walked out the door. The lady then proceeded to make comments about how it wasnt a big deal, that he was just coming in to pick up a package, etc... I guess because Im not a mailbox customer and only utilize their shipping services Im a second-class citizen/customer and criticizing their mailbox customers for being inconsiderate and violationing state laws will not be tolerated. This same lady has presented a negative attitude other times Ive been in to ship items and Ive always remained kind and courteous towards her. This, however, was my first major negative experience here. Steve has always provided great customer service and always professional. Unfortunately, however, my experience with this woman was enough that I wont be returning, although, Im sure she could care less given I dont have a mailbox there...

It made my life much easier since Steve opened his business. It was always such an unpleasant hassle patronizing the small US Post Office with long lines and extremely limited parking. Patronizing the Shipping and Mailbox Emporium is a very positive, convenient and efficient experience. It is a one stop shop for many other options beside mailing, such as notary, post office boxes and shredding services. An icing on the cake is that Steve is a decorated military retiree who served his nation with honor. Highly recommend New Braunfels Shipping and Mailbox Emporium to anyone.

Went in to have a key cut that Home Depot didnt have in their machines program and he took us in the back and looked through all his blanks for a key that worked and did it the old fashioned way. A neat little postage shop with the best customer service Ive had in a while and a very convenient location just off of 46 by Los Cucos. This place and the guy who runs it has earned my future business and hopefully others too.
