Horrible service, unresponsive, never returned phone calls, unprofessional. This went on for 3 months. would not recommend anyone use their services.

We gave Independence Title a check for $1000 on 11/16/17. Due to problems with the seller and the title. The land purchase was cancelled on 12/03. We were owed our $1000 back as this was not our error but the sellers.Our agent had us sign the form for termination and refund of our $1000 the first week of December. Then again on Jan 5th as they did not send out our refund of $1000.It is now Jan 18, 2018. We are closing on our new land through a different title company and our $1000 is still missing.45 days and no refund ... Left two voice mails with no response. Not happy and we will take legal action if necessary
