I purchased a house that had been repaired by Stablelift. Im now looking for a contractor to do the warranty work that Stablelift will no longer do because they arent in business. But at least I didnt pay for it initially!

Do not use this company for foundation repair. Their warranty promise is non existent. The phone numbers listed on the website are always busy or voicemail is full. I used them in 2013 and I have more foundation problems than I had before the original work was done. I have been trying for over two months just to get in touch with them. I have contacted BBB and still have not heard from them. I am really sorry I hired them. If you have foundation repair issues don’t even contact them they will screw you.

These guys are the best!! Just had my 3rd property repaired by StableLift & each time the outcome has been Stellar! Any time Ive ever called in they come back & visit w/ excellent service! Jobs are clean & completed ahead of schedule!

Still cant believe I didnt read these reviews before giving this company a dime.

Stable Lift did a foundation for me on a house that I was going to flip. After a few months, the foundation shifted quite a bit. I had some trouble getting a hold of them but eventually met with Robert. Turns out they had a bad team do my project but didnt know it at the time. They returned to re-do all the the work on the exterior of the house and will honor the lifetime warranty. Thank you, Robert!

This company will not return my clients calls. They did a major foundation lift for my client who is an active military member. All seamed well but recently the foundation started to fail. My client has been calling for months now with no return call. They will not come out and make it right. They took his money with no problem and did the work with a so-called lifetime warranty. Now that the warranty is being called into play they have decided to ignore. Walk away and find a company with good reviews that will honor there work.

Use this company a few years ago, and have had some home settling. I email and called and never heard back. Save your time and money and go with someone else.

Took $7,000 down payment. Never worked 1 day and now all phones are turned off. Do not use this company

Great people work here and do great work. I would use these people again in a heart beat. they made sure everything was done right the first time using the best materials they use steel piers and not concrete piers with my concrete slab foundation, it works well.

We have a lifetime warranty on our foundation.. noticed doors were uneven in the house and cracking outside of the house growing longer. Called them back in June 2018.. Did not talk to anyone till Aug 2018 then they sent Rocco out on Oct 30th 2018. He did a few things and said he would get back to me with his findings..... Just like every other review no one got back to me, I made several phone calls no one ever answers then finally a few months ago they got a new receptionist who responded. They had another rep come out he stated Rocco left on bad terms and they never saw his work or estimates.. this rep stated there was damaged covered by the warranty and additional damage. I asked what was covered by warranty he said he had to go back to the office and put it all together and the receptionist would get back to me... I also asked the rep if the damage is getting worse over time he stated yes then I asked if they were going to fix the additional damage that has occurred since my first contact that was under warranty with stable lift. He then went back on what he said, and stated the damage does not get worse over time. So according to this rep when it is not under warranty the damage will get worse but if it is under warranty I have time and the damage is not getting worse. After this interaction I called the main office and no one has returned my call since.I would not recommend this company at all.

This is the WORST foundation repair company you could hire. we bought our home in September 2018 and it came with a Lifetime Transferable Warranty that the company will NOT honor. According to Jonathon who is a contractor for Stablelift, the seller of our home was supposed to finish paying the foundation company upon selling the home to us. The seller did not. Because theres a $9,000 debt here and some favor that Jonathon, the contractor, struck up with the seller and the seller ran-- were now told the debt still needs to be paid for the Lifetime Transferable Warranty to be honored. Im sorry Im not sorry- Jonathon should have filed a lien when payment wasnt given and he had 90 days to do so after the work was originally done which was December 2017!!! Long before we came into the picture!!! I went to the city and a permit was NOT even filed by the company and I live in Schertz where theyre very strict about permits! I emailed the owner of Stablelift Foundation- Brent- several times and left messages for him-- with NO ANSWER! I have left messages nearly everyday for Brent- the owner, Jonathon- the contractor on the job and Letty- the office secretary. Just because a favor wasnt honored BEFORE we came into the picture, a Lifetime Warranty was still given with NO CITY PERMIT and the contractor didnt file a lien against the seller- is NOT my fault! My house is ripping at every seam, every door has gaps or is closed so tight it nearly locks, I have the ceiling lifting from rooms in my home and crammed into the walls in others, my livingroom sits so much higher then my kitchen that you can roll a pencil with ease! I have been nothing but courteous and kind. I have begged them to fix it and all this done to a disabled Army Veteran and our 3 children and myself! I am so tired of all this! Do NOT hire Stablelift! They will NOT even get a city permit. They will NOT stay loyal to their work!!! They WILL leave you high and dry! Please PM me for any other details as I have ALL the paperwork, rude text messages from the contractor Jonathon, letters from my own home owners insurance, the Lifetime Transferable Warranty and all emails with NO return response from Letty or the owner, Brent.

Really impressed with the professionalism they had when planning and repairing my foundation.

If the repair goes right youre good, but if the repair fails this company will leave you high and dry

I really don’t recommend this place at all, they are the worst company to have your foundation job done. If you have problems after the job is done it takes months for them to come to check the problem and they have to keep rescheduling your appointments too.

EDIT: Also, if you do a little research, youll find that most of the positive reviews on Google, Yelp and Facebook are all from fake profiles. They have to resort to creating fake profiles to post fake positive reviewsWe hired StableLift to repair our foundation 19 months ago. A couple of months after the work was completed, we started having issues. One of the main issues that alerted us to a larger problem was the plumbing that we had repaired after the foundation was repaired broke again. So we had the plumbing fixed again, then it broke again. We contacted Stablelift with concerns that something was wrong with the repair Stablelift did. Stablelift inspected the house and agreed there were warranty issues that needed to be addressed. They came back out and adjusted piers and added new ones. After a couple months we started having more issues (New plumbing breaking, new cracks in walls and floors, doors and windows not closing, exterior walls leaking). We contacted Stablelift again but they have been giving us the run around.We filed a BBB review in March of this year and they closed it after 2 months of no reply from Stablelift. Does that sound like quick action? They reopened it after Stablelift finally replied. No resolution ever occurred as Stablelift made false promises that they have not yet acted on. A couple notes of interest for those of you considering this company:Stablelift stated: We performed our project perfectly and all documents were submitted upon completionOur response: We requested final elevation numbers numerous times to include documented requests on 1/23/17, 10/28/17, 12/11/17, 3/8/18 and 3/28/18 and finally received on 5/3/18. They were initialed by the then foreman, who verified he did NOT initial those elevations. I dont know that any more clarity is needed as to why we do not trust those numbers.Stablelift stated: Additionally when a warranty service request was made, StableLift again performed in exact accordance with our service agreement and again had our work checked off with a third party structural engineer.Our response: There was no stamped report from a structural engineer, which they would do as per the Texas Board of Professional Engineers Rule 137.31 and 137.33Indeed, we were contacted AGAIN by the owner just 2 weeks ago stating their intention to assist us and honor their work. I responded within 24 hours. No response from them.

I had a few other companies do an estimate, they were way more and after seeing the work StableLift Foundation Repair did, Im glad I went with them.

Customer service was great.

They took care of every concern and question.

Poor customer service. Avoid at the beginning of the process. They can’t even keep an appointment and communicate changes with the customer.
