Mandy at the New Braunfels store is both friendly and knowledgeable. She replaced my Galaxy Note battery and took the time to explain to me how I should charge and discharge the new battery to optimize how it well works in my phone. Took my iPhone in to get a new battery. These folks had it done in less than 20 minutes. Painless and relatively cheap! I do recommend their phone repair service; plus its a great store in which to purchase batteries and light bulbs- any and all kinds!

The customer service was great, but the timing they quote is a little long. Also my screen was replaced, but the touch on my phone is still not working to well. Thankfully Im still under warranty, but not looking forward to return and have to wait another 2+ hours for them to re-replace my screen. Wish it wouldve just been done correctly the first time after spending $130 and waiting for and hour and half.

They replaced my cracked screen and worn battery on my iPhone 7 Plus in under an hour. I also received a discount on the price of the battery by bundling both services together. Not to mention an additional 10% discount on top by scheduling my appointment online. My phone looks and operates like new again.

Everything was good except what was suppose the be 45 minutes maximum took 2-2.5 hours which made it very inconvenient since I live on the other side of town and had to come back to get my phone. Nice people and did a good job but they need to be honest about the time it’s going to take upfront.

Took IPhone 7 in late (6 PM) on a Thurs. evening with a broken screen. I was told to come back at 8:30 the next morning to pick up. A great fast job and a super experience. Beats sending to Apple and paying 1/3 more!

After checking with the Apple Store in San Antonio and a battery replacement for my iPhone was two hours wait or the second option was to return and wait for another two hours before a tech would check your phone, I took to the NB Batteries + Bulbs and the young man had a battery in stock and changed out in less than 30 minutes. We were advised to have the battery replaced in our iPhone 6. After the battery was replaced, it would not charge at all and would not stay on. Waste of 54.00. Beyond disappointing
