Our gas fireplace would not light so I called Wolfman to come out for a service call. Had a great experience. Not only did Austin identify the problem and make the necessary repair, we also opted to have him refurbish our gas logs. They look like brand new and he even stacked them in a much more aesthetic way when returning them to the fireplace. Price was very reasonable and he arrived early. I would highly recommend Austin for any fireplace issue.

I expected there to be a show room for electric fireplaces but there wasn’t. They have several gas fireplace is on sale and on display. I was directed to a website to find a electric fireplace and then they would install it for me. I was really hoping to see one that I could actually touch and look out before I order it.

I contacted Wolfman for a chimney cleaning. My parents had used them and recommended them. Im glad I took the recommendation. While at the house Rudy also cleaned the dryer vent at my request. He was very thorough, testing everything to make sure it all worked without issue, and left no mess. He was great at explaining the work he was doing and the reasons why as well as pointing out problem areas with the chimney and providing a bid for possible additional work needed. It is rare these days to find a company that does such good work in such a thorough and meticulous way. I would highly recommend them.

Bought a house with a gas fireplace that worked during the home inspection. Turned it off for the summer and when trying to turn it back on in the fall, it appeared the gas wasnt feeding the pilot light. Called this group and the receptionist sent out a tech within 24 hours when 2 other companies said it would be 3 months. Austin was friendly, polite and quickly showed me after being off for awhile, the pilot light needed to feed for 30-60 seconds to build up enough gas to light. Service call took less than 15 minutes-no charge! They have a customer for life now.

They also sold me a new grill facade at a fair price. I was offered several styles and colors to chose from. Rudy completed an outstanding installation and addressed all questions I had. Rudy chiseled some minor brick modifications to properly install. I could not be happier with the total experience.

I have used Wolfman Chimney & Wildlife twice now at two different properties. I have found them to be excellent. They are very knowable, and they take pictures while up on the roof to show you any repairs that need to be made. Then they take pictures during the repair process & again after the job is complete. They are super easy to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend them. I manage rental property and it is hard to find great companies to work with.

They may be great at removing your critters or dealing with your chimney issues, I wouldnt recommend them for your gas fireplace needs. Poor communication about what theyre willing to do/not do without multiple people service calls or overpriced recommendations. No contracted electrician on staff. Not a one stop shop. They try...they fail.

Rudy Gonzales was a great tech. Came on time, replaced our fireplace blower(which we had purchased previously from a parts store in New York) and made sure it worked.

We found Wolfman on Angies List. The first email estimate was vague so we requested a detailed written estimate, which we agreed to. We purchased the required paint gallons, paid our 50% up front payment and made arrangements to be home at 8am on repair day. When they no showed, we called and were told they said arrival was between 8-10 and they were on the way- so we said okay and waited. They called and let us know that, turns out, they had to reschedule. Ok- things happen, no problem. We set it up for the following week. Again, a time was set and they were not punctual. No problem- things happen. Still ok. When they arrived, my husband was told that the amount of boards to be replaced are not what we understood. The written estimate was not to do the entire job we requested, only partially what we understood and agreed to. We asked for a refund and to just part ways- only to be forced to drive to New Braunfels to get a company check for a refund. My husband was told he had to agree to not make any comments or reviews about his experience. What a complete WASTE of our time. We ended up back to square one- in need of a repair weeks later and a lot of time off work.

We had John and Gus as our technicians to clean our chimney out, and take care of critters in the attic. They were awesome. Gave me recommendations on the fireplace, and told me what they would do. We were needing the gutter clean this time and have been getting our referrals from Angies List. So we called to get a quote, and end up doing the job the same day. John and his accomplish was on time, on the job and did pretty good! John removed & reinstalled all the screen (leaf guards) on all the gutters. They cleaned a wall by the side porch, after all the effects of blowing off leaves from the gutters and splattered a bunch of old dirty pecan leaves and some crud on the wall, but had left me to clean another wall by the back.(Im thinking they did not see it?) Anyhow, its all good. IM HAPPY WITH THE OVER ALL WORK!

I was hearing noises in my attic, and wasnt sure exactly what it was. Jack came out, and did a free evaluation of the attic. He was punctual, friendly, and made me feel like he really cared about my critter problem. When it was all said and done we hired him to trap the Rats in the attic, and seal off the points of entry. We havent heard a noise since, and on top of everything else he gave us a 3 year warranty. I will be telling my friends and family about him.

Our home has a beautiful fire place but it was 50 years old when we bought it. The damper and cap were broken and the ash dump door had rusted off. Jack and Gus did a great job cleaning out my dryer vent. The vent goes from the dryer up thru the roof vertically. The vent was really clogged with lint. After cleaning out the vent, they spent alot of time cleaning up, blowing the lint off the roof and racking up the yard. They even blew the leaves out of my gutters.They also inspected my chimney as water was coming down the chimney. Ordered a chimney cap which I should get in a couple of weeks as it is custom made to fit my chimney.Very satisfied with the job and would highly recommend them.
