Had them come out to restretch our master bedroom carpet. They worked quickly, professionally and even offered to help move the furniture back into the room. Weve used them in the past and will continue to use them and recommend to all of our friends and family!

Chem-Dry by the Millers is as comfortable to me as being a 41-year Austinite. I know the best old things and learn the new. Although I hadnt used Chem-Dry by the Millers services for a while, when I called them on short notice before Christmas, with three rooms of dirty carpet and a carpeted stairway, due to workmen in and out during our home refresh, Chem-Dry by the Millers Scheduled Us In Two Days and cleaned our dirty cream color carpet like new! We did call-back on the stairs which needed to be pre-treated. They came back the Next Day: pre-treated, recleaned, sealed! But get this: Second Trip For NO charge! I suggest when you have a need for carpet cleaning or the other services Chem-Dry by the Millers offers, it will be worth your time to check them out.

I had Chem-Dry by the Millers clean my carpets a second time after a great experience the first time. I had a red wine stain that I thought they wouldnt be able to remove, but I was wrong. They were able to get the spot completely out with a spot treatment. The rest of the carpet they cleaned turned out great too, and they were able to get the dog odor out as well. I was impressed by their work once again!

SCAM.... Scheduled appointment, for cleaning 3 small bedrooms.. per their coupon.. 3 Areas for $99.00.. our home is actually very clean and needed only standard carpet cleaning... Upon arrival of 2 teenage guys, they reviewed the house withme, wrote up an estimate of $520.00.... THIS SCAM MARKETING WAISTED MY SATURDAY, NO WORTHY COMPANY WOULD EVER MARKET THIS WAY...

Chem dry by the miller’s team is amazing! The techs were so kind and very informative. We have 4 dogs, a lot of young’s kids and a few nieces & nephews that love to spill things all over the carpet and dogs who love have accidents. But a few hours later and some good suggestions we have literally like new carpet! Even the stains we never thought would come out came out! The urine treatment was amazing. The house doesn’t smell at all. It actually smells fresh now! If you need your carpet clean and people who aren’t pushy! I highly recommend Chem Dry By The Millers!

The technicians were very informative and answered any questions I had. However the up cost was way more than i was led to believe. the extra cost for a solvent to remove stains which they used a black light to find (very cool) was like $85/spot, should be included in price. It was suggested that I tip them $20 instead of paying the $85 for an additional spot they found, which I reluctantly did.I was also told on the phone that it would be a much shorter drying time (1-2 hours) then the actual 5-6 hours. It took longer in the hallways that do not have a fan. my back bedroom with the ceiling fan was still damp in the morning and did not have any stains.my wood floor at the entryway had boot tracks from the cleaning agent they used. It took me 2 scrubbings to get the boot marks off the floor and get the wood back to original condition. They should have worn shoe covers at the very least or covered the entryway if they knew that would happen.I would not use them again even though my 12 year old carpets look good. 2 stars because my carpets look good.

Family friend recommended chem dry by the millers and I just want to say what a wonderful experience. Techs were clean cut and very professional. I had a new puppy that was having accidents all over the carpet and so before I got rid of him I wanted to try chem drys urine remover. It has been 3 months now and no smell and the dog hasnt had another accident! He quit smelling it and stop doing it in the house! Highly recommend if you have pets or bad allergies. All the chemicals they use you can drink! Again highly recommend!

I have used Chem dry for over 18 years in other States weve lived. They came the price was 3 room special for like $89... They started saying extra to do high traffic, extra for freshening. I refused all that and then they charged extra for the size of the closets I had 2 room and 2 closets... Its was over $200.... I dont think they cleaned it at all. In previous places they used a buffer and it moved over the carpet with a dry foam. It dried in 2 hrs. This took till the next day and it was like the regular steamers except it was dirty when they left. They just went over it with water I think. I told him.. What about this and it was like.. Well its extra . .. I wont recommend them again. You will pay twice as much. I had them in Bexar County and they did OK. I just think they use poor cleaning product and technicians are just not very professional

I was recommended by my maid to use their service. I usually use a steam cleaner to clean my rugs. They came out gave me an estimate and I had the work done. The result was fantastic!! They made my rugs look great. They removed several coffee stains that the steam cleaner could not remove. I am going to use them again.

Called ChemDry to come out to my apartment for the end of lease cleaning, the technician Cody, was very easy to talk to and to understand. he was very knowledgeable in what He does. End of lease not wanting to spend a bunch of money to try and get a deposit back. We talked options and I I got only what I needed done. I think they gave me an incredible deal on 3 rooms. He was neat and fast. In and out in no time. Carpets looked just like new once he left and 3 days later still looked good. Ive used steam before and the stains came back with in 2 to 3 days. Im confident in saying I know theyre gone for good this time. Will definitely be using them again. No questions asked.

Ralph and Joshua did an incredible job. I live in a rent house that had previous tenants that were multiple pet owners. Carpets looked clean when I moved in but soon began to show there true colors, if you get what I mean. Long story made short the team was professional and thorough. The carpets have dried quickly not the normal 2+ days after a steam cleaning and they look absolutely fantastic. Thus far Chem-Drys results are far superior to other services I have used in the past. I Highly recommend them.

Lance and George from Chem Dry by the Millers...I got swindled big time. WOW. I ordered 5 rooms plus an extra. 139 special plus an extra room. My nephew let the cleaning people in...and charged him for 7 rooms and 2 hallways. 239 for cleaning 510 for pet treatment, 200 for prespray...and 200 for spotting. $1300 tax included. They Totally took advantage of me and my nephew who didnt know he was getting swindled. The house has 5 rooms and one hallway. Outrageous!!!

Ideas quoted 79$ for 2 kids rooms. Once here I was told 268$ and that I probably have dog urin stains. They mentioned high traffic area and spots. As others stated, I have a well kept house and felt they are doing anything to squeeze dollars out of you. I dont believe for a second that I have dog stains and with a regular cleaning my carpet should have been just fine. Not a good experience.

Well never use them again....TOO expensive!! They charge way too much for add on Products / Solutions to clean carpet. Also, they charge FULL room price (200 square foot) to clean carpet in very small closets (40 square foot) or light traffic areas around beds in small bedrooms (60-80 square feet) -- RIP OFF!!!

Technicians arrived early and were neat and tidy. I had a urine smell in a room and could not find it.The technicians had a urine detector and were able to find where the urine was and treat it. My carpet smells good now and Chem Dry saved me from replacing them.I would highly recommend them.

My husband and I recently got a maltipoo puppy she pooped and peed in all the carpets upstairs and downstairs. It got to the point that when we walked in you could smell it. If want to be treated like trash, insulted and threatened, use these guys -- We called them to clean a rug. We were given a quote of $80, which seemed high for a rug, but they assured us they were the best. They came to our home today, mentioned that he knew my parents and their business and said he had purchased something from my parents before. He looked at our rug and told my wife the bill would be $327. My wife told them, unfortunately we cannot afford that price. She apologized multiple times as they stormed out thanking us for wasting their time saying they would be sure to never do business with my parents again.I had been in the next room occupied, but upon hearing the conversation, I got up and followed them out and had some words with them in the driveway. I tried to be polite, but every word out of these guys mouths was condescending and rude. Basically, if you are looking to be lied to on price and then insulted when you call them out on the price difference, hire these guys. They are the best in the world.

The carpet cleaning was advertised by Chem-Dry by the Millers – Austin Texas for $119. Before they started cleaning our 511 square foot of carpet, they convince us that $100 carpet protection was needed. If I had searched on-linefor the words “Do I need carpet protector”, I would have realized that we did not need carpet protection.My wife had pointed out to the cleaners that there were 2 carpet spots. Only after the carpet was cleaned, were we told that the 2 spots (one spot $90 and the other $95), of which only one spot could be removed, had costs us $185. Our final bill after their cleaning of our carpet totaled $504.Shortly after the cleaners left, my wife and I looked at the bill, which we had paid, and said “what just happened to us”. We were in total shock.From the videos we took before and after the cleaning, we cannot see any difference in the carpet.

I am not sure which Millers office I called they have one in San Antonio one in New Braunfels, but I am really satisfied with the work they do. They removed pet stains and odor from my floors that other companies could not. I recommend them.

Dont be suckered in by the coupon price like I was. Mail coupon quoted 5 rooms at $129, thats not even close to what I paid. Only reason I dont rate lower is because its my own fault I trusted this business and left myself with no other options for a move-out carpet cleaning after I had already left town. I definitely would have called someone else after the actual quote if that was an option. Do yourself a favor and schedule a walk-through, solid, in-writing quote before deciding to use these guys. The end product was clean, but didnt seem like anything special as the gawdy price suggested.

We saw the poor reviews about inflated upselling once they arrived, so we knew they would push their script but did not expect the technician to say $943.93 after their assessment. Ended up passing on all pet removal chemical treatment upstairs and an entire room to still get hit with $635.42.We were aware of pet stains and knew it would change the price but didn’t know they would be so proud of their “revolutionary” pet urine removal technology (aka an $8 black light and $20 bottle of severe pet urine removal solution easily purchased on Amazon).The other options were limited for chemical cleaning locally, so prepare for the gouge. If you can, do it yourself. Not worth what you get.

I found a coupon online called them out to clean my carpet and upholstery. They arrived on time and were professional. They cleaned my carpet and informed my my couch wasnt worth cleaning ( it is 20 years old).I appreciate they were upfront with me on this.The carpets turned out great and they smell great I will use them again.

I got my carpet done last Friday when I called three days before I saw a special for 129 for three rooms and thought it was a great deal called and let her know that I wanted the special that was going on I also let her know that I had some issues in the hall that my dog had accidents in when she told me to be $89 a gallon for the solution for the area I said that was okay figuring it would be only $250 around there with tax and everything when the two gentlemen came to clean the house they walk the areas that I showed them end up giving me a quote for $849 I was so speechless when I got that quote I then told him I could not do that and they gave me a quote for $649 even that was way too much and then they brought it down to $346 mind you I didnt get any rooms done just the hallway $346 I should have said no because the way it looks now you cant even tell anything was done to it it looked better before than it did afterthat is the worst experience Ive ever had and Ive had my carpet done several times with other people walking me through how much it would cost and what was going to be done nothing ever cost that much for it the way it looks now a week later I will never go to Chem-Dry again the customer service I guess that was the worst

Terrible service. First, they were an hour late.Then, they kept telling me that all these stains that you could only see with an ultra-violet light were cat urine stains, which was impossible. Then, they tried to upsell me to a $350 deep cleaning, saying my carpets really needed extra treatment. My carpets are in fabulous shape, and most people think they are much newer than they are. These guys are awful!!! No matter how many times I said I didnt want to pay extra, the owner kept hounding me about it. Made me feel like I was a dirty person, and I my house is generally spotless. I would NEVER hire these guys again!

Like most of the other posts indicated...HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! They will definitely threaten, insult and treat you like trash....If I could give no stars, I would!1. Tech showed up (in his personal vehicle) looking stoned, with equipment that smelled like dog pee. When asked about the smell of his equipment, his response was oh someone used a sulfur based chemical in the last cleaning, I will deodorize and it will go away. Immediately, called the company, receptionist stated the same thing.....but the odor never went away. Did his best to try and uncharge me from the original $119 price to $489.2. Tech did not complete the steps as indicated on the sales sheet. When asked and confronted with the steps, he FINALLY started to pre-vacum...but on wet carpet...AFTER he put down the chemical and grinding in any dirt or debris on the top of the carpet. Also had to use my bathtub to mix his chemicals and left the bathroom/tub area dirty .3. Placed multiple wet items on my new laminate flooring....when asked about it he laughed and said it should be OK. Had to move the items myself and clean up the puddles of water.4. Finally made him stop, told him leave my house and have his boss call me to remedy the situation; only to get a call from a HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL manager/owner (Robert Miller) who threatened me, told me I was breaking the law, refused to let me speak and attempted to further berate on my dissatisfaction; resulting in a hang up from me. Text conversation asking him to find his professionalism and a way to remedy the situation, resulted in him refusing further service and stating that my carpet had urine in them thus the smell. So unless the tech peed on my carpet (which given the entire situation, could have happened) there was no urine in my carpets.So to close: I am left with soaking wet, stinky carpets; two days away from putting my house on the market. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
