Seeing mixed reviews here: I went here for a blood screening. I arrived a little late, but was accepted in 6 mins to the back room. I spent less than 10 mins in the room and the blood draw was expert and painless.I picked this place cause it had better reviews than other options, I could not ask for more. Recommend!

Easy Peasy. Went there mid afternoon on a Friday and was the only customer there. With no prior appointment, I checked in via a kiosk machine at the entrance which scans your drivers license and insurance card and asks a few questions. Two minutes later I was called by a courteous and professional technician who drew my blood on first stab and had me done in another two minutes. In and out in 5 minutes! Excellent service.

The first time I went in (wish I grabbed her name) dark haired bigger gal at front desk was super rude. Terrible customer service. Had to go back since they didnt have my orders. Second time in the older lady at front desk was nice but was managing the front counter and taking blood. She was rushing all over the place. Unfortunately for me I got her. She poked me three times!!! Both arms and in my hand. Too much in a hurry and Im all bruised up. Terrible experience and I will NOT be back.

The lady behind the counter was so sweet! I appreciated her positive attitude! I made an appt online. Checked in while in my car through text message. Then promptly got a text saying they were ready for me. I was in and out in 10 mins! Great experience and I’ll get blood work done here again next time!

Made appt online. Arrived- checked in through text they provided. Waited in vehicle. I was 20 mins early and almost instantly text said your technician was ready. Completed short exchange of paperwork and my portion visit paid at reception...and I went directly to room for lab draw. Super clean. Super fast and really nice staff and technicians. Highly recommend. Also I believe you can review tests results online through secure portal. My tests to Dr within 2 days or less.

They got me in and out in no time and the staff was really friendly. I was here for an employer drug screening and in the past I usually havent encountered the friendliest people at these places. I liken it to being at the DMV but this staff was surprisingly upbeat and personable and the facility was clean.

Sabrina & Cindy were awesome - both so kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable! The service was very fast & simple. Sabrina is an excellent phlebotomist - barely felt like a needle stick!! Highly recommend this business for your pre-employment needs!

Fast and easy to register who, why your there, including insurance into. Front desk service and physician where kind and not pushy.

Kids needed blood work done, max capacity was reached, front desk was rude, felt like only 1 person was working there. Went elsewhere for labs, will never return there, how they got 5 stars from ppl is beyond me

Very rude. I was waiting In line and someone walked in behind me and when she came back she told me to move out of the way so she could speak with him.Very unprofessional.

I’ve been here 3 times. Once for school and twice for my doctors office. The ladies are very nice and professional.

Mrs. Cindy was phenomenal. She was all by herself today and got me in and out within 10 minutes for my drug screening. She was so sweet and kind regardless of her hectic day. She had a great attitude and got the job done! I highly recommend going in the afternoon as the morning was extremely busy.

Excellent and kind staff! The facility was spotless and I love the precautions that they are taking for COVID-19.

The staff appear to be allergic to phone calls.Called every day and left messages because I may have left belongings there on accident. Actively been calling for 2 hours now, no pickup. I cant just walk in and talk to the front desk either because of this Covid situation.

Very rude front desk personnel. Ask questions and would not answer. .just kept saying sign in. Sign in sign in. My question was do you except walk ins and how long does it take. They would not answer.

This place is the worst. Always takes over an hour, and it seems like they only ever have 1 person working there. So that person is managing the from t desk and taking people back to get lab work. Ive come at least once a month for the past year+ and its always the same. Regardless of time or day of the week. Find another lab if you can.

Friendly staff, quick service.

This location is horrible! Be prepared to wait a hour or more even if theres only one or two people in there. I will never go back to this location. Very slow and lazy people work here.

Let me start by saying the actual phlebotomist did a wonderful job. The check in process is a nightmare - the stand alone kiosk is very difficult for elderly and other language speaking clients and the front desk is not able to help them. The wait time is doubled at this location. We waited over 30 min just to drop off a specimen. I would go to a different location without the upgraded check in system.

The check-in and blood draw was wonderful. The staff was friendly and competent.Then the problems began. It is longer than a month since my test and the results are still not available. Repeated calls and Contact Us inquiries have been ignored and unresolved.Ill not be returning here for future testing.

Answer the phone!!! Can’t seem to talk to a real person. If there is an answer it’s a recorded message. It says to leave a message and they’ll return your call, but they don’t. A person isn’t able to confirm if doctor’s order were received if YOU DON’T ANSWER THE PHONE PEOPLE!!! If you don’t live close then it too far of a distance to drive only to find out your order hasn’t been received. It’s just common curtesy, not to mention good customer service! This IS a business correct?? Terrible.

Rude old lady in the front!! She said only 5 people at a time but yet she let other people inside. There was more than about 8 people inside!!!

Every time I come here which is every 4 weeks I get the same questions. I always make an appearance for a standing order. I check in online so when I walk in I’m told you Nd to check in. Hmm Yes I checked in online. Do u have your doctor order hmm no it’s a standing order. I made an appointment as a standing order.

Ive been waiting for 45 minutes and theyve only seen 2 people since Ive been here. This is my second time here, the first time i waited for over an hour and 30 minutes, but it was packed that day. Theres the same 3 out of 5 people (including me) that have been here since I arrived.

Walk ins are always seen very quickly. Billing is done fast and correctly. The phlebotomists are quick and friendly and always pleasant.

Required to check myself if, to scan my own cards and file out all data using a kiosk. Next a computer will be drawing my blood. Hate this process, impersonal. Companies need to understand there is a line between becoming efficient and losing touch with your patients

After reading review about rude person at desk, i was happy to see a smiling very friendly and helpful face, also the girl who drew blood was very proficient and friendly. I still give a 4, only because of the automated check in. It is very pick, slow and nerve racking. I was happy to see smiling face

This place might have wonderful phlebotomists if you can get passed the angry check-in matron. After witnessing a thoroughly rude, borderline hostile transaction with a husband and wife, an elderly woman, a Nigerian man, and a glowing friendly interaction with a special needs family, I didnt have the fortitude to go through my own checkin process. And have left for a San Antonio location

Just here to drop off a specimen and waited 15 minutes after I signed in to have them take it from me. Of all the locations I use, this location has the worst customer service and wait times.

Horrible customer service- multiple issues with staff turning patients away and report they do not have the proper paperwork when all information is stated on the orders

Do not care for automated check in. And no one ever answers the phone there. I cant run all the way there for a simple question.

Understaffed, chaotic, and dirty.
