They are punctual, but definitely reasonable under the circumstances/profession they work in. Love the place as far as a bail bond company goes.

Linda is amazing she made sure everything was taken care of even when the county messes up. Was very quick to inform me of everything that was happening. She is very knowledgeable and sweet person. Would recommend to everyone. She even worked late just to make sure he got out the same day. Over and beyond expectations.

Very quaint small town feel with friendly patrons and staff

They were friendly understanding & helpful I did not find this to be a common theme with the bond companies in Comal county, my husband was not an easy bond and several other companies were just downright rude. My mother in law passed away this morning & thanks to Bail America my husband was here to be with her, just because a person has been arrested does not make them a criminal a bad person or even guilty! The legal system has way to much power & Comal county D. A seriously abuses it.... To the fullest & most immoral way possible

The most trashy unprofessional uneducated bonding company Ive ever heard of! The location is in the heart of the ghetto. The place is trashy and ghetto inside and not to mention the trash running it. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemies. Perhaps employing people with green cards would make it better for those who really need this service. Low calibre underpaid uneducated unprofessional rats in peasant environments is trashy to deal with.

Overall process takes 2 hours, but the people are friendly & talkative in a good way & very positive (Which is really hard sitting next to a wall half full of WANTED posters) I hope you dont need this service, but if you do go here!
