Miller and Miller has handled all of our insurance needs since we moved to the area. Pat has done a great job of handling our home and auto policies. I think it is worth mentioning that Miller and Miller employees spend a tremendous amount of time and energy working for the good of our community. As most of you know when it comes to Commercial Insurance there’s a lot of moving parts. From the Insurance Agency & It’s employees to the Industries Underwriters and Carriers. My experience with Miller & Miller as an agency and its employees has been excellent, and I’m happy to express that with a 5 star review!

This is only the 2nd bad review I write for a business, but I felt I had to.I moved our business insurance to Miller & mIller after being told we would save almost 10K from previous carrier. After the first audit, which happened after the second policy year was almost over, I received apremium due of $16k. I appealed it and after 2nd audit, we are owing over $11k. I still have not heard about the second year premium review.The audit results were very upsetting because I would have not moved carriers if it not for the savings. After trying to understand what happened, I called Doug Miller II expecting answers. It has been over a month and he will not call me or take my calls.I manage a business and I get upset customers, but you dont ignore them. The lack of response and professionalism has made me write this review.

Have had insurance with Miller and Miller for several years and have never been disappointed. Needed them this morning as my windshield was hit on a brand new car. Pat was so sweet and told me someone would be calling me from Safelight today to start the process. Literally 5 mins later my phone was ringing. Thank you Pat for your prompt attention. It wasn’t over looked!!!

Got tired of the telephone/email game and moved on after seeking commercial insurance for a hot shot rig. Farm bureau out of Kansas referred me to them because my vehicles are registered in Comal County. Emails and phone calls with no results.
