These guys are great!! It actually all started with contacting them inquiring about their services. They were quick to respond and made setting up an appointment as simple as it should be. They were on time and very professional. They completed the job in less than 2 hours and were also able to work around some other people who I had hired to do other work around the house at the same time. When they were done, Kim took the time to explain everything they did, ensuring that a good job was done. Im very pleased with the service they provided.

SCHEDULED AN APPT AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE THERE SOMETIME BETWEEN 11AM AND 2 PM ON THE SCHEDULED DAY. CALLED 30 MINUTES BEFORE 2 AND SAID THEY NEEDED TO RESCHEDULE FOR NEXT DAY BETWEEN 11 AM AND 2 PM. AT 1:35 STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED A CALL THAT THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. SUPPOSE TO CALL 30 MINUTES BEFORE THEY ARRIVE. CALLED AND CANCELLED APPT. THE TECH LEFT A NUMBER THE 1ST DAY THAT HE WOULD NOT ANSWER AND HAD NO VOICE MAIL. DONT THINK THEY ARE REALLY A NEW BRAUNFELS BASED BUSINESS BECAUSE EVERYONE I TALKED TO HAD HEAVY ACCENTS. DIDNT REALLY SEEM TO CARE THAT I CANCELLED.

Air Duct Cleaners New Braunfels were on time, organized, and a pleasure to have in my home. I have never had this type of service and I didnt know what to expect. They were neither too cheap nor too much expensive but the overall quality of work preformed, punctuality, personable and knowledgeable crew as well cleanup after the air duct cleaning made this an overall great value!!

I have always been very pleased with their services! Not only are they an a great carpet cleaner, but they are always punctual, dependable, and honest!! I am always impressed by how incredible they are at getting stains out and making my carpet look brand new!!! I have the original builder grade carpet in my home that is over 11 years old and it was DISGUSTING and dirty prior to them coming yesterday. The two servicemen from this company were extremely professional and did a great job in cleaning my air ducts. I live in a large home with 2 units and many air ducts.
