Awesome first time experience here. I urgently needed a very odd metric adapter which they did not carry. Peter and I sat down and he did some research on the part and called around until he found a supplier that had one in stock. He went above and beyond when most would have just sent me on my way. I won’t be going anywhere else for any of my hydraulic needs. Customer service is unmatched!

HUGE kudos to Sotex over the Labor Day holiday weekend! We urgently needed a couple of hydraulic hoses for a Bobcat and with everyone else closed they came through with us in a bind. Matt took the time Saturday evening to meet me at their shop and put together the hoses I needed!!!

So I called this place and when guy answered he said they fix anything with hydraulic system I then told him my issue on my hydraulic system on my slk and he was easily annoyed and said they dont fix that to go online and order some parts and fix it my self as if I knew the whole bs about how to fix this things I then told him I dont know any mechanics and said he would give me a number where they would deal with it friend of his he babbled a number and I asked him to repeat it and said OMG .. incopetence and bad service is what this place is good for, Ill just keep searching
