I highly recommend National Karate!! They offer a wide range of programs including Karate, Kickboxing, and Krav Maga, so there is truly something for everyone. I speak from experience in saying that kids and adults alike can have a wonderful and educational time here. Having been with this karate family and grown up with them for the past 8 years, I know that I have lifelong skills and friendships because of this school and all they have to offer. I may be biased due to my involvement but it’s also important to note how talented, knowledgeable, and great with all students the instructors have proven to be.

I do Krav Maga and kickboxing and it’s great! National Karate is my favorite place to work out because the atmosphere is fun and challenging. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and flexible with any limitations. I would recommend this to any adult that is interested in learning self defense. I have other family members that do karate here and they love it.
