Mike and Cindy owners of 9R New Berlin, Wi. treat each of their members like family. You go their to get an amazing and challenging workout and are surrounded by people who truly care about your fitness goals! IMO..you just cant find that kind of dedication anywhere else!

I am 40 and have never joined a gym until 9round. I have always been embarrassed about working out with people and just not a gym person. 6 weeks in to the 9 round experiment and I am loving it. The workout is only a half hour and perfect for busy people that need to get in and get out. The trainers are super friendly and encouraging. I really appreciate Manny and Mike as they have the right balance of encouragement, accountability and toughness. Give it a try and you will thank me later.

I love 9Round, the 30 minute workout whenever you’re free, how it’s different every day, having a personal trainer who knows who you are. This location especially makes me feel welcomed and pushes my abilities.

The facility is roomy and clean. Trainers Sammy and Tom couldnt be easier to work with and are truly invested in improving your physical fitness!

I enjoy the flexibility of when I want to work out. I also enjoy the environment and the fact that the workout is different every time I go. I think it is a great model that caters to people who have a very busy lifestyle and can only carve out 30-45 min per day to exercise. The staff in New Berlin and Franklin, WI are fantastic!

Went for my free session and it was amazing. Sino and Laura are the best!! They really keep you going and man are they nice! I really cant say enough how outgoing and pleasant they were. I think it was Katie? that booked our appointment, she was awesome too!! They seemed to personally know everyone who walked through the door, which maybe is normal for 9Rounds, but its not normal for anywhere else. I really liked this type of environment for a workout. You just cant help but push harder, especially those last 30 seconds ;-). I was soaked when I left. Thanks for the great butt-kicker of a workout and all your great personalities!!!

I love the 30 minutes I spend working out at 9round. The trainers are awesome and push me to do my best!

The only workout regiment that has stuck with me and that I truly love. I generally give up after six months at the gym. Not here I love it!
