Mike responded immediately to my request. Unfortunately I needed a very particular task to be done that was outside of the ordinary scope of work they do but he was able to cancel my appointment request and was extremely professional in doing so. I will keep Mike in mind for future needs!

Very professional diagnost the problem within minutes of being here ordered part returned 2 and half hrs later with part and problem fixed. Very reasonable price for part and labor. Would definitely use him again with a appliance problem and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I usually go through a different company but they are closed due to the virus I was referred to big Mikes appliances and he was awesome he did the job in a short amount of time and was very professional I think I have a new appliance guy.
