Im giving 5 stars even though they were out of a few items I was shopping for...hey its a holiday and I should have come in sooner. This store is always clean and employees are wonderful. I always go out of my way to shop at this location.

Ive been coming to this store for more than a year now and I frequent often. They have excellent customer service and, for the most part outside this current pandemic, are always stocked. Theyre very helpful with what you need and if its not there, a staff member can place an order of what you need there in the store. Great place to go to and shop.

Abel, the cashier I had, was very nice and very cool, probably has a lot of friends and multiple girlfriends. The store was ok but Abel single handedly made my trip to Gordon’s the best experience of my entire life. Only gave 4 stars because another time when I went to Gordon’s I had a cashier named Kaden and his hair was too long

Used the curbside service because I am medically unable to wear a mask. The order was short several items I returned to the store and was told to leave because I couldnt wear a mask. I tried to explain to Renee the manager that my order was short and i needed a credit, refund, or my items and was told i would have to come back during their special hours. I left without my money, or my items under threat of calling the police!!! I cant come during their special hours so I got screwed out of about $50. I am definitely contacting their corporate office. I cant believe that crazy lady was going to call the police!!! I still dont have my money or products.

The Store Manager, Renee Webster, is discriminatory towards those with medical exemptions that cannot wear masks. She yelled in the store at me: How hard is it to wear a mask! after I explained I have a medical exemption. She cited the Governors executive order in which I explained that has been struck down by the MI Supreme Court. She also stated they are a private business in which I explained that doesnt mean to they can discriminate against those with medical exemptions. She was absolutely out of line yelling in the store.

I have been utilizing GFS order w/curbside pickup option and loving this! All transactions have gone smoothly. Employees are friendly and competent. Everything I order is usually available and fresh. I appreciate this service and the employee(s) making it possible.

I love Gordons! They have some amazing items that are sure to entice you. The grilled chicken is one of my favorites! It makes amazing grilled chicken tacos but can be used for so many other recipes. The store is always clean and the employees are always there to help. They are very pleasant and will ask if you need any help finding something in particular. The prices are very reasonable so why not stop by your local Gordon Food store and see what amazing items you find for yourself and your family!

This is the worst store Ive been in. Went there on 4-9-20 for curb side pick up . No email for pick up . 5 hours after my time to pick up . Received my email. Went to store got items. Got home I was missing items. Called store manger very rude to me. Went in store for refund she was more concerned about the 6 ft distance. But she was in a cashier face. Never got a refund on my card.

Great place to get large amounts when you dont have time to go to the big box warehouse. Prices are a bit higher but no membership fees to pay. Employees are friendly & very willing to help.

The sales are usually good. Just gotta watch the prices. Some bulk things are little over the same amount at the grocery stores. Some are a great deal.

I have BIG boys to feed, so Im always cooking. I refuse to pay a membership at *Costco or *Sams Club! So I shop here, weekly. No fees, I pay reasonable prices here for my most consumed items. Plus I get coupons in the mail. I enjoy shopping here over other Large chain stores. Prices are competitive vs grocery store too. Depending on your needs & quantity. I give 5 🌟

Prices are ok. Some stuff is well worth it, but you have to look carefully at prices. You might get them on sale cheaper someplace else. This branch is well maintained and the staff is fairly helpful.

Happy with my experiences. As a teacher, I am able to get supplies for school not found elsewhere (large quantities of paper bags, burger squares, small plastic containers for mealworm science investigations, etc.).We purchase several food items here throughout the year. This is a great place to shop for parties and get-togethers. We often get the cheese cubes and bags of veggies for veggie trays. The convenience of not having to prep the food is a plus.Staff is always courteous and you can usually find someone quickly if you need help. You have the opportunity to give rewards to a school, business, or organization when shopping. Bonus!

Gordons has no handsanitizing stations anywhere in store for customers, and no wipes for baskets, and also they put baskets back without sanitizing them .Lately the lines to registers or should i say register, have been backed up down the aisle, and they hesitate opening another when its busy, even though there seem to always be 2 or 3 people at the customer service desk. This makes a quick run for our restaurant longer than it should take, if we need something in a hurry.

This place is like a mini Sams Club without the member fee. They have really good deserts for parties I especially like the creme puffs and mini eclairs.
