We used mop and glow on our lvp flooring. It created a waxy build up that trapped dirt and looked awful. Sal and his team came in and made our floors new again. Very grateful for his expertise and coming prepared with an orbital cleaner and the correct wax remover. Our floors look they were just installed. Kudos to them on their hard work and professionalism.

The technician was extremely professional and polite. He clean two rugs and a sectional. One of the rugs belong to my teen son and it was in pretty poor condition. I had poor expectations of recovery but he was here so I thought why not. The technician restore the rug to like new condition as well another rug. My sectional was also cleaned. Unfortunately it now has weird dark area near most corners of the cushions and arm rest. My best guess is the dirt was push to these areas while cleaning but not lifted/vacuum. I would definitely recommend for rug cleaning but would not recommend for upholstery.

Technician Jalen Thomas was excellent! Jalen went above and beyond our expectations to ensure my wife and I were completely satisfied with his work. Our job was the first time Jalen cleaned hardwood floors. I was shocked and disappointed that Stanley Steemer would send Jalen on a job he had no experience in completing. Why was there no trainer to assist this young man? Entryway will require rework by a more experienced technician, but in no way is that a bad reflection on Jalen. Stanley Steemer should have conducted on-the-job training to ensure that the job was done correctly and thoroughly the first time!

We are having a baby soon and wanted to make sure the baby’s carpet especially was clean. We had a dog who was house trained, but every now and then he would like to pee on the carpet in that room for some reason. Definitely wanted to get that clean before baby is crawling around.I looked into costs and was just looking but thought the price was really great and couldn’t pass up. All three bedrooms cleaned and deodorized for less than $200, and I was able to schedule the appointment for next day!Al and Joe got here in good time, were very courteous and professional, and got the job done quick and efficiently! Andrew did an amazing job on my mother-in-laws rental. She had to move out suddenly and we had two pre-paid visits left to use. We were able to combine the visits and get the house duplex done. The service was excellent and fast. Both of the technicians were professional, thorough and very hard-working. It was a pleasure having Connor and Jared do the work, and a field supervisor named Willy even stop by to check on their progress which I greatly appreciate it. The reason I needed to call is because my dog got sick and was violently ill in several areas of wall-to-wall carpet as well as individual area rugs. They got everything done beautifully and I even added several area rugs and a couch to the project because of what a good job they were doing overall. Thank you again for everything.

I was really looking forward to this service being completed. The ducts were cleaned, but I was left with a thick layer of dust all throughout my basement; leaving us to clean it up. Called the company and was given a small refund. They never alerted me to a mistake made or having to cover up items to prevent them from accruing dust prior to the service-disappointed to say the least. They came to remove dust and instead left us with a mess.

I did not click on the On TIme button because I was not told a time. Svonne Daughtrey was our technician and he was very professional, told us what he would be doing and answered our questions. I have given our friends his information and hopefully they will call and schedule an appointment with him.

Chris did an excellent job cleaning my bedroom carpets and a sofa and chair. He was friendly and respectful at all times. You can tell that he takes a lot of pride in his work, and it shows. Other than the fact that I wish Stanley Steemer could tighten their all morning/all afternoon windows before the day of service, I would definitely recommend Stanley Steemer.

I thought the guy would help move some of the furniture, or at least offer to help because that is what the website says. I still smell a lot of dog pee, which I’m hoping will go away, but thought it would or should be better right away. The carpet is still pretty wet and I thought (because of the website again) they would put something down to put the furniture on until it dried. So now the rest of the house is full of those rooms furniture and we have to put it all back ourselves. I originally scheduled 3 rooms to be cleaned and 2 of those to get deodorized, but when he showed up said he was only deodorizing 1 room, so we paid extra for the second room. Overall pretty dissatisfied with the experience. I’ll just rent a machine from Home Depot next time for 1/8 the price.

The cleaners Joe and Shawn were very informative and offered me promotions that have existed for long period of time that I was never told about and I get my carpet cleaned frequently. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME – go with an experienced local company. Stanley Steamer sent an inexperienced crew with incorrect equipment to handle a job.I used the online estimate and scheduling tool to schedule tile and grout cleaning for 09/08/2020. The arrival window was from 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM. At 4:43, the dispatch center called me to let me know the crew was running behind schedule and would arrive between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. A crew of 2 young men arrived at 4:57 PM. Both were very polite; however, the most senior member of the crew had only been with the company for 4 months.They tested a few different areas of my tile for sealant. After testing the tile, they stated that my tile has a wax on it. Because if this, a different crew would have to come out with special equipment to handle the job.I called the dispatch center to reschedule and the representative stated it sounds like the tile had an acrylic sealant on it and they would have to send a more experienced crew with special equipment. Of course, this is for an additional cost.At this point, I decided against using Stanley Steamer as it felt like a bait and switch. I have standard ceramic tile and the grout appears to be sealed previously (as it is supposed to be). I had already wasted 5 hours of my vacation time for this appointment and refuse to pay extra money to a company who had already cost me money by failing to arrive for a standard job prepared.

This was my first time having my carpet professional cleaned and it wont be my last! Earl and Ian were very nice and professional!!! Earl explained how the process worked and they were finished in 20 minutes!! I would recommend them to everyone and will request them next time!! Thank you guys!!!

The worst experience Ive ever had with a carpet cleaning company. Do not use this company. The guys that came did a really poor job, they didnt remove 90% of the stains and waited until they were completely finished to say Sorry man, but we really didnt get out most of the stains. You should get new carpet as soon as possible. I had my entire second level cleaned - 4 bedrooms, a hallway and stairs - and with all of those opportunities not once did they stop to ask me to inspect their work so that I could decide if they should continue. Come on, if youre here to clean and its not being cleaned why keep going? Clearly it was about the money and NOT THE CUSTOMER. So, I requested to speak with a manager and it took over a week for someone (Mary) to get back to me. She too was no help but what did I expect. Thats par for the course. Mary offered to send out a field manager to inspect the work on Friday (6/3) AFTER I had already explained to her that the carpet was being replaced on Thursday (6/2). I typically dont leave reviews - good or bad - but Stanley Steemer earned this one. Dont waste your time and especially your money like I did. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.P.S. I told Mary I was going to leave a review of the poor service and she said OK, thats fine. They could care less about the customer.

This needs to be a 2 part review. The actual setting the appointment was a nightmare. I put all my info in - with explicit details of the address, how to use the lock box - everything, only to NOT have them show up on the day that they were to go. On the web site there was no place to put payment, no phone number, no live chat that seemed accessible. After they called 4 times in 10 minutes (I am a health care worker and cannot drop what I am doing to answer a phone call), I returned the call - they could not find the house. The representative stated that it was put incorrectly put it in AGAIN and promised they would be there in 2 days - the only other appointment even thought I explained I had someone moving in and it needed to be done on the 28th as originally scheduled. She also recommended that I call Friday morning. Explained AGAIN that I am unable to make phone calls from 7:45 am - 7 pm because I work. However, I had to drive 4 hours to the house that day for another crisis and the call was made - couldnt find the order.Long story short it was FINALLY fixed The rep from the actual company that did the work was fantastic, the work was done and it did exceed my expectations. But a miserable time setting up the call.

I don’t remember the guys name, but he did a great job. But after he left we did our walk they and all we smelled was dirtiness. I called back and they will be sending a guy out Monday morning. I actually thought that deodorizer was part of it. I paid $459. Isn’t know that deodorizer was extra until the guy told me. Will use them again.

Stanley Steemer (Earl and Dan (?)) cleaned our new house’s carpets. They were able to get most of the stains out and some pet odor, which was great!Both workers were professional and explained in detail what they were going to do. They completed the job a bit quickly, which made me question the quality, but upon inspection of the carpets after they left, they seemed to be done well.My only complaint was they charged me for an extra room on accident, which I then had to contact the manager a few times to get a refund. None the less, it was a good job!

Very poor service, carpet is not clean has white spots all throughout it. It look like I never get it clean I asked him to go back over it he picked and chose what spot he wanted to do over and still doesnt look good all bad. I was wondering about the usage of the carpet cleaning device it seemed as though he was using it like a vacuum cleaner meaning that he was not taking his time to do the work properly but just running a machine up and down the room real fast thats all he was in a rush to get to the next appointment I understand that it doesnt take all day to do that type of work but still if you want to do it right, furthermore, i will not recommend Stanley Steemer to anybody I did have your establishment some customers but I have called and told them that. It would be a bad decision. I want to thank you for messing up my carpet that I can not replace.

The technician was polite, and when asked explained the process hed use which included deodorizer and spot cleaner also the carpet is light in color.When he was done I looked the carpet over and IT looked very clean, even the spotty areas. Unfortunately, the more it dried the more spots reappeared and I realized the technician hadnt cleaned behind two couches. The specific areas I addressed look the same. And outside I found a broken flowers, I assume from pulling the hose over them. Maybe he didnt realize. Overall disappointing.
