Had my car towed to apartment. Driver took my keys and wouldn’t bring them back. Kept them all night and when I attempted to call him back he turned his phone off. I don’t know if he’s getting copies of my key or what. I even said I would meet the guy and they wouldn’t do it. I’m really creeped out and I do not recommend this company.

Had my Jeep towed here a while back. When I picked up my car there was a lot of things missing from my property including a GoPro camera, a booster seat, some of my husband’s clothes, and his work coveralls. When we called about it the man we spoke with was very rude, contradicted himself many times. I called him out on the discrepancies and he immediately hung up on me.

Car was impounded there on mistake. Go to pick up car, all my items were thrown around on outside of car like he was looking through it. Also multiple items missing. When we walked up and seen all items outside left in rain he tried to say it wasnt even our stuff. They were rude, stole certain items, left car running so battery was dead. Any good reviews is most likely workers there or family. Never have I seen such unprofessional, rude service. Many high dollar items missing and what wasnt stolen just left outside of car.

Was told a tow would be 1 hour, 2.5 hours later they finally arrived. Then they tell me they dont accept cards, only cash. Extreme inconvenience especially with todays technology it really isnt hard for a vendor to accept electronic payment. Do better and be more accurate with your estimated times.

Driver was polite, service was quick -however there is a huge rip up the side of my fender, just above where he put a hook. Its a Saturn, so not metal. Mechanic says he should have checked the condition of car before Tow driver left, but he didnt so now he is taking responsibility. No way the driver didnt know about the damage done. Such a shame that he didnt own up to it.

They were an hour late picking up my car and when I called to see where they were the man got very nasty with me and said that he was calling his guy and telling him not to come anymore! The entire staff at Bennetts Towing are awesome. All the workers were very kind, friendly, helpful and informative. 1st off, the lady that answered the phone, Linda, was absolutely fabulous. She was extremely helpful and kind. She helped to calm my anxiety and fears by giving me the details I needed to know for this experience unknown to me. 2nd, The driver was quick to arrive, explained everything clearly, got me hooked up and out of harms way really fast, and all of this while handling my vehicle with care. Whomever trained this man did a fabulous job because he knew exactly what needed to be done, how to get it done, and he got it done. I definitely recommend Bennetts Towing hands down over ALL others!! In my opinion, they are the absolute best around!!!!

Nobody answered the phone when I needed a tow

My truck was towed there after I was in an accident. I was told my truck would be locked up and in there impound lot. Was also told I would be able to come back at a later day to retrieve my stuff in the truck. The next day I called they said they were closed they were moving my truck around in the tow yard and would be locked up over the weekend. They said what they could do is have somebody there Saturday morning to unlock the gate and I would be able to clean out my truck. Didn’t receive a phone call. All of this to find out that they parked my truck outside of their gate in a field with my doors unlocked and with my tools, battery charger, and hunting gear stolen. They didn’t care at all and said “well at least they didn’t break your windows to get in”. My truck is already wrecked. They told me they have cameras and then said they don’t have cameras; then told me “well we have 2 trailers on our lot and the people who live there keep an eye out on what’s parked out there, the trailer right outside the gate has cameras (which the guy says he doesn’t have any cameras) . My vehicle was under their watch on their property and it was broken into because of their negligence.

Called and requested a tow, dispatcher was a nice guy, told me he had a guy freed up and would get him going. Spoke to the driver and explained where I was, it was simple. 5 hours later in over 100 degree heat, no tow truck. Tried multiple times to call the driver, never answered or called back. Dispatch told me nothing he could do. I get stuff happens, but to leave us on the interstate in the middle of the night for 5 hours. I found a local guy and got myself taken care of. I even have a good friend that drives for you guys.

I have used Bennetts for over a decade now and have always found them to be the most up standing. If any issues ever arose they took care of them without haste.

Maybe a strange review, but state troopers had my car towed to here. They stuck around after closing time knowing I was on my way, that offered a bare minimum buy out fee to me, and even discounted it because I misheard her on the phone and didnt bring enough money.All in all, Id say its a fair and honest business.

Its 5am, Im stranded in Louisville, dont have cash, Bennetts cant run my debit card once they get me home. Better rates than the other companies because their overhead is obviously lower. Ridiculous they wont get debit/credit capability and simply pass on the 3% processing fee. Looks like I have to pay another $20 to get home because they wont step into this century and get a card swipe to plug into an iPhone. I would gladly pay the $3 processing fee.

I have never dealt with a ruder, more incompetent company than Bennetts. I called at 5:30pm to have my vehicle towed to the shop. I was told it would be about an hour due to rush hour. Ok. Thats fair. I call back at 7pm just to check the status. First off, the guy(Rick) tells me that one of his guys just talked to a man and was on the way and was very argumentative with me when I said that cant be, I only gave them my number and when he repeated the number it wasnt even close to mine. Then after after we got everything straightened out he told me I should be getting a call soon. I wait another hour and call, spoke to Rick again. Still describing the wrong vehicle....tell him which one I am calling about and he tries to tell me that he is JUST NOW DISPATCHING A TRUCK. I told him I would have appreciated a call, I understand things happen. He apparently thought that was absurd and tells me that before I interrupted him that he was going to send someone. Very shocked by quite possibly the worst customer service,I told him I wanted to cancel. Very agitated he stated you got it! and hangs up on me! So if you like slow and rude service, I recommend Bennets!..

Bennetts towing charges people who were in an accident and were sent to u of l hospital for almost an entire week $280 + $20 to get their motorcycle out of their lot in jeffersonville. After being in ICU and no family being able to get the bike because Bennetts wouldnt allow that.

Very rude and unprofessional. The worker in the warehouse/impound center decided to use vulgar language and threaten physical force when dealing with my young sister in law while retrieving items from her vehicle after a wreck. A police report and BBB report are being filed against them. I suggest staying far away from this place.
