I have a 2010 Focus, did not remove stains and still a lot of dirt …including a before and after. Is this normal? ThanksThank you for reaching out to fix this.

The owner Martin, went above and beyond on my Ford Explorer. I have 2 young children that smear snacks everywhere and more milk splatters then I’d like to admit. Him and his workers went above and beyond to meet my needs and made my SUV feel brand new! Took my wife’s Mazda 3 in this week. I made the appointment over the phone a week before.First, upon dropping the car off, he really had no idea we had an appointment. He stated he remembered seeing it on a napkin. I received the online confirmation two hours after I dropped the car off.When I made the appointment, I asked for an estimate. I was quoted $150-$250 based on how bad the car was inside and out.The inside of the car was pretty clean, with the exception of a stain on the seat I asked them to address. I stated I was really wanting a basic detail inside and the ceramic wax outside.We picked up the car the following day, per our request. The inside looked nice and clean. The ceramic wax job was ok. I’ve seen this before and can say, I’ve been better looking outcomes.The trim on the car wasn’t touched, the rims were somewhat cleaned, but for what they wanted to charge, everything should have been top notch.Regarding the final cost, recalling the original quote, I was told the final cost was $325. I told them I was quoted $150-$250 depending on the car. So of course, they went with the $250.To compare, I have a 2017 Jeep Unlimited Wrangler Sport. Big car. I asked about just a wash and wax and was told $130. Somehow, a Mazda 3 was $325. Who knows???Overall, they did an ok job. Seemed unorganized and extremely overpriced. Use at your own risk.

We got our new ‘21 Durango ceramic coated. Martin was very professional & service was completed on time. Not only did they make the paint look great, they also detailed it & gave us 5 free washes! Great job guys

We took our vehicle to have an interior detailing done. The team at MiraCal auto detailing took great care of it and the results were above and beyond expectations. They were very professional and had our vehicle done in a timely manner. I would highly reccomend them for any work inside and out of your vehicle if you are looking for great detailing at a great price!

Honestly will never give my business to this company again. They 110% screwed me over. I brought my car in for detailing just to have coats of wax put on my car and not even buffed properly. Their customer service was horrible, not even close to being apologetic or offering to find a solution to fix the problem. I was simply told “well this is what you wanted” and then was laughed at. If I could have rated this company a zero I would have. Do NOT bring your car or any service here!!!!

So disappointed in the experience I had here. Probably the worst detail I have ever had. Over priced, and such an bad attitude toward customers cause I wasn’t satisfied with the detail. Would not recommend to an enemy!! WOW !! Do better for your customers.

Martin did an amazing job on my 2014 Ford Escape. Had tons of dog hair that was super difficult to get out but he did a great job making sure all of it was gone. Overall very satisfied with the result and great costumer service!

Martin did an amazing job on my husbands 2008 Dodge Charger. With it being an older car, I didnt think it would be able to look like new but it did. He was able to clean it up and make it look great. We will be back for sure!

Martin did an excellent job on my car. I have a dog with long white hair that sheds like crazy and was all over my car and stuck in the fibers on the floor and floor mats. When I got my car back there was no sign of a dog ever being in my car. I was shocked. I highly recommend MiraCal Auto Detailing.
