Very good experience. JBs expertise and attention to customer needs is top notch. Had a difficult BMW remote. Southwest was much cheaper than the dealer and came to us instead of us having to drive an hour to the dealer!

Poor service late on letting me know Friday at the end of the day that he wasnt able to get to it when I got a hold of him early that day! So pretty much had me either pay a service after hours to get it done by the weekend or wait until his van got fixed and then he can get to me! 4 days later I call him he says he aint going to be able to get to me! Do not need his business sorry Ill move elsewhere even if I have to move out of neosho which is not good because I believe in a strong economic development in neosho as well as Granby!

When I got here, he was so professional and eager to help. It took him 10 minutes, if that, to finish the job of reprogramming my key/key fobs and at a very reasonable price! Southwest lock and key provided us with excellent service. I called with a time sensitive need to have our locks changed in our home. He responded very quickly and came out on a Saturday to provide us with the service we needed. He was very professional and performed the job quickly. AMAZING SERVICE! Best price around, EXTREMELY quick and with GREAT customer service. Husbands truck keys were stolen and I called and was given a quote explained Id call again the next morning after looking around at all my options. I called about 7 or 8 places and he had the best price and also listened when I explained there was no chip while everyone else acted like I didnt know what I was talking about. He had a very full day and said he would call late afternoon, sure enough he did while we were finishing up dinner I explained it would take me a little longer to get there (30 minutes) in which he asked permission to start if he beat me there. By the time I got there it was all ready to go. He was super polite and I then asked if we could make duplicates and he had those ready and tested within 5 minutes! I was very impressed and grateful for the amazing customer service I was given.

I have to say that JD is the best! Had to have a new ignition put in due to a stolen key and no one where I live could help me, Southwest Lock & Key came to my house which is about 45 minutes away and took great care of us! Thank you Southwest Lock & Key!

Never been treated so rudely. Upon trying to figure out why the guy didn’t show up to program my daughters key(which she desperately needed), I was hung up on. Unprofessional to say the least.

Very rude and unprofessional! Owner or whoever answered seemed over his head in phone calls and proceeded to treat us like we were inferior. Learn some customer skills buddy!

He returned call yesterday afternoon and said was going in to Dr. Appointment. Would call me back first thing this morning, and its noon and still no call. So I guess need to find someone else.

Leave a message and DOESNT call back even after mutiple days.wants me to spend extra money to make his job easier-- to probably sit there 6 months and nothing get done.came highly recommend but this jackass is a waste of time. IN RESPONSE TO MY COMMENTS look at all the lies and excuses from SW lock,I had a PROFESSIONAL!!!, someone that knew what they were doing fix it for me took about 10 min!!! 10 min!!!!
