So, this guy named Matt (I believe) helped me during a rental situation recently. This kid has great customer service. Id be happy to do business here again.

Rented a car at mci airport and returned it to neosho .I used it for 6 hrs, more than 48 hrs later still cant get my deposit refund because somebody didnt do thier job right 👎now got to wait another 35 to 48 hr for it to reflect on my card.

Said I scratched the clear coat on the first rental. Next rental they charged me double the price we agreed on. Third rental they said everything looked good when i dropped it off. Now they want 875 dollars for a scratch. See a pattern here?

Stopped to check on a rental car that insurance was handling. Nice man at counter, seemed to have a variety to choose from but I declined out due to my insurance, not the right coverage to meet my need
