Amazing experience from beginning to end, a killer half our wod that killed my shoulders and back. Coach was amazing, super motivated and never let me quit, pushing the last bit of effort out of me. I can see why it was a full class and why their members have such great energy and results. If you live in the area, definitely worth checking it out.
