Challenge to back a semi into but great service

I really like that they can repair any hose in a very short amount of time, but the younger guy working repairs has kind of a stuck up self entitled attitude. Ive never had someone say to me- you need to pay before i think about getting dirty. Of course I will pay, I need my hose back. I give the other staff and the quality/timeliness of the repairs, 5☆ ; but base the 4 star review on your entitled employee. Remember, your employees are the face of your business. Beware how theyre treating customers.
