My hubby and I frequently shop here daily sometimes 5 or more times a day. We as well as other customers have told the staff that the smoothie is broken. But the dont care. We were talking to an employee about it. The manager came over and got very angry at us started to tell at my hubby. MAYBE they should fix the machine, hmmmmmm.. it has been broken for 2 months. It was on 9-10-21 at 4:00 pm. We spend A LOT of money here. If she doesnt like Customers then dont get a job in customer service!!!!! As we were leaving that manager and her co-worker started calling my hubby swear words 🙄 and said that my hubby is stupid and etc. I Want an apology to him. She should be fired!¡!!!!!!!! 🥺

I visited the Neenah Kwik Trip today. I had excellent service. Three young gentlemen at the counter. One was Hunter. I dont know the other two names but I wish I did. What a pleasant experience. It actually made me smile all day.In these trying times I needed this🥰

Kwik trip advertises FREE ATMS. My bank truly doesnt charge ATM fees. I spoke with a kwik trip representative that claims kwik trip can advertise free atms because they dont personally charge for the transaction but they offer atms that charge.🙄 I bought a car in Neenah and withdrew 2000 in 10 transactions because it wouldnt allow me to just take my 2000 in one fell swoop. The ATM kwiktrip offers in their store charges a 3 dollar fee even though my bank nor kwik trip charges they really shouldnt advertise free atms. Basically I paid 30 dollars for my own money after giving kwiktrip my buisness for years....

They had lines building up in both aisles so you can check out. I was the next one and the guy told me I had to go stand in another line because I was in the incorrect line. Im not very happy. I have had multiple back surgeries in the stand there with the stuff I had was not right

Im enamored with all the KT locations, however, this one seems special.... maybe its because whenever I go. All the staff recognize me by face and smile and have a nice word, definitely has the customer experience desired!!!

Apparently it is considered acceptable for an employee to accuse a customer of theft. I stopped by to pick up a small dinner on my way home and i was asked if i was going to pay this time and accused of stealing the night before when i wasnt even at there the night before.

In general I love Kwik Trip but people are people so some locations arent so friendly. This location is awesome! I have never had a bad experience at this location with the employees. Also, because of the odd set up for the air for tires sometimes it takes a minute and you can get in the way and even other customers are nice about it(gotta be because of the smile they receive inside😊)

Nice Kwik trip. Ive been here plenty of times since it was first established and Ive had great experiences. I was even granted a free big buddy randomly one time. Food is always fresh, the store is always clean and Ive never had an issue with anything here. They also have a car wash, which is nice, just be aware that the lines for it do get quite long on the nicest days.

Today I got chicken a 3 piece and they clearly microwaved it. Tasted like it

This place has everything! Best prices on bananas $.38/lb bread 2 loaves for $1.88 they have tons of coffee options and free cinnamon, honey and other add-ons. I get salt for the water softener there too since its right out by the pumps. They have a car wash at this location as well. The reward program is awesome-i got $.30/gal off last time I went! Got it buying bananas and bakery items

Great company! I will go out of my way to visit a quick trip. This is local and I will get my gas and car wash her frequently. Car wash is the best automated wash in the area.

The hot food section is always stocked with a nice variety. The staff is always super friendly! Only downside to this location is in the mornings it’s always SUPER packed and hard to find a spot to park.

We love this Kwik Trip. Easy in/out. Great place to stop for a breakfast sandwich or lunchtime burger. They always have a lot of grab and go food. Bathrooms are usually clean and employees are friendly. Sometimes it gets a little congested during the busy times. Also, theyre car wash does a good job.

Like a cross between a fancy grocery store and a gas station. But only with the positives. The breakfast is sensational. So is the lunch. Ate here every day for a week, I regret nothing.

This place is great. But I give all kwik trips one star because of the poor design. For years now KT has dominated the state with these grocery store gas stations. Yet we continue to see a lack of parking ideas. Ive been here where people park behind the parking stalks, blocking people in. Its absolutely crazy.Sometimes I park looking to gas up. Nope, just going inside because everyone is already sitting on the parking stalls. Even parked going around the building.Come on KT when you build these places, think of parking...

I will not step foot until you another kwik trip until you fix your non-mask policy. The fact that you dont care about the safety of your customers is very concerning to me.

I usually love Kwik trip but this past Friday I bought a tender crisp sandwich and got sick to my stomach. Right as I got home I threw all of it up and was feeling much better afterwards. I will still come for gas as its a good location but I will never buy food from here again.

There are ten Employee Parking only stalls at this location that warn you will be towed if you park there. Where are customers supposed to park, at the CVS? When do you have ten employees working at one time? And yes, it does get busy enough that the customer stalls fill up. Ten employee stalls.....ridiculous.

Best gas station and store in Wisconsin. They have everything you need and it is always clean. Even the bathrooms.

Dont get me wrong, I love KT but this place has the slowest gas pumps in three counties. A person could freeze to death waiting for a full tank.

Dont rate Kwik Trips on this store. I like KT a lot. But...For some reason the Neenah store has a lot of mechanical issues, the touch free car wash never does the tire scrub, the air pump works about %50 of the time, they never used to update the diesel prices on the old points system, pumps are very slow, and vehicles run like they have water in tanks (bad seals???) Gas pumps are very slow. Second time in a row I gave up pumping because if I continued pumping, it would of taken ten minutes to pump 18 gallons of gas.
