Fabulous instruction in a relaxed environment. My son has taken lessons at SDSS in Needham for over two years, and both his self-confidence and strength have improved greatly. Recommend highly.

My son is in his second year of lessons at SDSS Needham. I think they do a wonderful job of making the classes fun and fast-paced while teaching the techniques. Younger kids will love to run and yell inside, and theyll sneakily learn about self-confidence and waiting their turn. Sensei Hill is great at teaching to all levels of ability. He holds the attention of students even like my son who struggles with attention problems in school.

My son has attended SDSS Needham for over two years. In that time he has excelled and we have seen huge growth in his self confidence and self control. The instruction here is superb, and the classes are great. Its a wonderful program in a bright friendly environment. He looks forward to it every week. We highly reccomend SDSS to everyone contemplating martial arts.
