Had a wonderful experience working with FastSigns of Needham! Quick turnaround for a life size cutout of my son that absolutely needed to attend his school graduation since we were out of town. We loved the pictures our friends took of graduation and were so happy out son could (sort of) be there!The cutout turned out fabulous, pickup was easy, and the staff was a pleasure to work with. I have placed a large sign order every year for the past 8 years and the whole process from proofing to ordering to picking up the final product is always seamless. Had a very poor experience with FastSigns in Needham. The representative I worked with, Tim, was extremely rude and uncooperative. He referred to me by a different name in every single e-mail correspondence (some 20-odd e-mails). My correct name was listed in my signature every time.If that wasnt disrespectful enough, Tim repeatedly told me that I had not requested delivery when I had written proof in an e-mail requesting it. After continuously arguing with me, despite my clear evidence of the request, he said they would only deliver it at a later date and for an additional fee. No compensation for the poor service and delivery slip on his part was made. I requested a quote and timeline for said delivery fee, which he promised to send immediately after our phone call and never provided.After the delivery conversation he ceased responding to all e-mails and phone calls. Incredibly childish and unprofessional behavior. One of my colleagues had to call to receive any information about our order and was treated equally as rudely.Perhaps Tim is just a very poor employee and is not representative of the overall quality of FastSigns. But my company will be taking our business elsewhere.

FastSigns is such a great resource to partner with. They have a wide variety of offerings, and the experience and expertise to recommend and execute projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. Their staff is a pleasure to work with, and we have always been 100% satisfied with our graphics.

I went in this morning to place a sign order and the gentleman who waited on me was abrupt, interrupted me and was very rude. I was asking for some advice and he kept saying which of these do you want. I wanted his recommendations as this is your area of expertise but he had no patience and was quite condescending. Although I had done business previously with Fast Signs and also on a recommendation from one of my real estate colleagues, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I had a great experience here, not because I needed a sign but because my car engine cut out and barely got me into the parking lot in front of this establishment. When I came into the store to provide the tow truck with an address, I found the staff to be very kind and considerate (something I deeply appreciated at the moment) even offering me a glass of water because it was so hot out.All in all, I cant speak for their sign-making abilities, but I can say that they offer terrific customer service regardless of the situation which is good enough for me!

We needed two door decals for our offices. The staff was helpful and straightforward and were able to convert our logo without a million questions about format, etc. They were straightforward about cost and I was EASILY able to install these with the kit they sent, saving us the installation fee. I brought in my own sign for them to match, and their replica has different font size and lighter color. I was not happy with the result and they claimed that was the same font and color. I am glad they agreed to refund me. I will never order from them again.

Called about rushed production after another vendor fell through. Received a voicemail saying they could do the job, but email is the best communication for them. After 6 detailed emails got no response and more unreturned phone calls, my signs never got made. As far as I know, this joke of a business vanished from existence.

My friend recommend to her friend who is the Owner daughter working here, but it end up the owner Steve take care of my case, the estimate was $3,184.00. Then they send my business sign to another company in Cambrigde did it for us, our business have a due date for grand opening was on the 12/15/2016, they was late for the sign without any noted, then the peoples from another company came to take off the old sign and leave a mess then they came back to put the new sign up right before christmas it was 12/23/2016, they was late for our company grand opening without saying anything, I did came to them in person multiple times I couldnt meet Steve for a lot of excuses. Since I couldnt get him either on the phone or in person I send an email said that you was late for my grand open so I dont want to do business with you anymore, and I dont want the sign anymore, then I got their attention and got the email said the awning made, cant changed. Then they was quiet until now when they send me the bill for over $5,399.00. Then I tried to contact them about the bill for email, for phone, and in person, but Steve never get back to me, and try to void me as some how. So I dont think anyone looking for doing business with them should read this for my experience. I totally wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.
