This company is horrible, do not waste your time. I was doing a big job and needed some help, I talked with these guys about getting someone with experience who could help me out. I explained over and over I needed someone who had enough experience to work on his own. They told me they had just the guy but hed be tied up for 2 weeks. I needed someone immediately but they told me he was worth the wait. 2 weeks later they tell me its going to be another week. Finally they send him out. They told me he had 5 years experience and no problem working on his own which is why I waited. This guy arrives on the job and couldnt even clip a wire, had no idea of basic wiring and definitely could not be left on his own for 2 seconds. I ended up going back to the drawing board and hiring someone myself. Dont waste your time and effort with this company!!!

Dont be fooled. They will indeed get you work, but do the legwork in trying to find your own gig first. Its not uncommon to be told youre interviewing, or hired to work a job in one town, only to be sent more than an hour away. Once you sign with ROI, youre locked in for six months, and when you get working, the communication with the office will dwindle, and their tone will change from a respectful mutual arrangement to you better get your time card in on time or youre not getting paid!That said, if you just need a basic wage with no added benefits, they can most likely help.

One of the worst places Ive ever worked. I applied for direct deposit same day I filled out all my paper work. I then called cam a week later to confirm they had my direct deposit he said yes they have the info. 6 weeks later they never did anything I even called another agent Alex and he and I gave all my info again and they still didnt put it in. They dont communicate at a to tell you when to come to work or not...Ive come in at a jobsite when they didnt have no work that day I called them about it and they say they will let me know when I have work again, they did not and I missed a days of work...they promise me they got jobs 40 40 plus hours a week. I work 1 single 40 hr week the whole time Ive been there...I have an issue with taking proper pics for my Tim card and they normally advise me to take better one. My last week they failed to mention they didnt get a good Tim card and I didnt get paid that week. THEN they told me they finally got direct deposit either Thursday night or Friday morning...its 8:00 am Friday today and I have yet gotten paid last week they failed to enter my time card and this week....a horrible place terrible communication, and quite frankly they really dont care about they workers well being. They are way more professional staffing agencies I wouldnt recommend working there at allUpdate I called and text Alex numerous of times and now his ignoring me, typical of that place very unprofessional

AWFUL company, Cam is condicending and has no regards for anyone’s time. I was promised $18h over the phone and when I arrived at the interview (45min away from home) they said I’d be recieving $15 per hour with no room for negotiations when I had ample experience. Also, I’d have to drive my personal vehicle a hour away to different job sites daily with no compensation for mileage or gas. This company is A SCAM . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. GO TO AEROTEK IF YOU NEED EMPLOYMENT!!!!

Bros, dont even bother applying. Theyll hire you and never call you afterwards.

I wouldnt recommend it they tell you one thing in the beginning then when they hire you its less money than they told you
