Rude and said I had to print my own label. Ive never had to do that at the Beaumont store. They will never get my business again.

Their team went above and beyond to get us what we needed and when we needed a package delivered working against a time critical deadline. Add to that timely and clear communication all along the way!

Ive always enjoyed good service at this store however today my wife went in and while all the customers were still wearing masks none of the employees were wearing masks. When she called them on this they started justifying

My package got lost for more than a week. UPS wasnt really helpful in locating the lost packages location. They were also unable to help with recovering my expenses for replacing the lost package. The shipping cost could take up to 8 days to recover which is not helpful at all. The fee I paid for shipping wasnt cheap at all. This location has very friendly staffs, however UPS service was much worse than I could ever expected.

They are doing a great job. Fast, efficient, friendly, social distancing and proper use of face masks. 👍🏽👍🏽

Went on a Saturday morning and it was very slow. There was a flamboyant guy and a woman holding up the line handling one customer. The flamboyant guy messed up the transaction for a customer and said he was hung over because he drank alot the previous night. Omg how could you say that to a customer. I dont know if the woman was in training, but she was just standing there and didnt help things move along faster. Will not be returning.

Chandler is awesome, goes out of his way to help. Derrick and others as well always bending over backwards to help me. Ive been coming every week for shipping to and from my job as a printer technician for 6-7 years now. Never had any problems they cant fix. Always courteous and helpful.

Ive used this store for YEARS! But some the new employees have turned me and my businesses elsewhere. I refuse to feel uncomfortable or threatened in a place where I spend my hard earned dollars.

Literally just left here. The two gurls were awesome. When I requested a refund for a workout machine i purchased, the company never sent me prepaid mail to send it back with. Obviously weight and size goes into how much youll be paying for shipping. the girls helped me get everything out of my car and did everything they could to offer me the best price possible. I couldnt ask for better customer service this place was amazing!

Derek and his crew are awesome! I had a large number of boxes to send to my home in Arizona and they helped me tremendously. I dropped off boxes ready to go and items for them to pack that were odd sizes/fragile. They secured everything safely and shipped it as cheaply as possible and followed up with me to confirm I got everything. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me during a difficult time in my life.

Always nice and fast in my experience. Use to use the Beaumont location for all my shipments which are a lot but last couple of shipments all have gone out of this location without a single problem. Good stuff.

Great service. Had a big telescope crated up and shipped to me through this store. They did a perfect job of crating it up, protecing all the peices and shipping it. My friend took the telescope in and they did the rest with an over 125 pound, 8 foot tall scope. I made arrangements, paid and got warrenty all from across the state and never set foot in the store. INCREDIBLE JOB DONE WITH EXTRAORDINARY CARE!

Will not ship any type of gun parts, or rifle scopes or any firearm accessories. Employees told me that that this a store policy and they are are owned by at corporation out of California. Well it’s the last time I’ll go there.
