Ive been using Curetons for 6 years. I have maintenance done 2 times a year. I purchased the best Honda lawnmower they had to offer in 13. I use it for my lawn service, so it gets a lot more use that a typical residential mower. I feel like it has been well worth the $700 I paid for it. Its on its last days & Robert will tell me in the morning if I need a new one or not. I totally trust him. I called these guys to see if they would repair my Honda that is under warranty and they told me to come in. So I drove 30 minutes to get there and then was turned right around when I did. To be told, that engine is to big and we dont work on stuff LIKE THAT!! Its a 6 month old engine. I told him that but he refused to even look at it at all. Waste of time

Ive never had any problems with the equipment Ive rented. Prices are good and service is great! The guys running the place have no people skills and come off very dry but long as the equipment works good I can look past that.

They had what I needed for my Honda self propelled mower and the prices where good. Service was fast and friendly.

Sadly always tried to stay with the Home town business but during this covid stuff not only did they try and not explain charges of 53.00 for 3 hrs versus 61 for 24 equipment did not function right I will gladly go to United rentals next ...

I purchased a brand new Simpson pressure washer, and when I used it it was shaking bad and it would back fire. I contacted simpson and they told me to send it here to get it checked out, I did. My wife took it because of my busy work schedule and they told her to leave it there, after an hour they called to pick it up that they didnt find anything wrong with it. They put it in the back of our minivan and when I got home i realized they didnt give back my brand new pressure washer gun, they gave me back a used one all scratched up and worn out. My wife went back and explained to them the situation that maybe they switched it by mistake they said she had taken it with no gun then another worker walked in and confirmed she did take it with a gun, they got mad at him and told her they never removed the gun from the pressure washer that it was not there problem and if she wasnt going to need anything else she should leave. I called simpson right away and the exelent customer service is replacing it with a brand new one. To me they rush everything and arent willing to help you out. I will not be returning to them and if anyone does go to them and they ask u to leave it there, I would recommend you take pictures of what your leaving to them.
