Unfortunately our H.O.A uses this company through our real estate management company. I consistently observe employees for this company sitting around doing nothing in the pool house. Our pool house is supposed to be for H.O.A owner’s to be able to use. Instead it is used by the employees of this company to sit around for hours on end drawing a check. They aren’t even repairing it while they are in there. They have been using it for their storage and break room. The pool house has been in disrepair for a few years now ……yes years. The work they have done, when “finished” looks sloppy and unprofessional. They literally painted the sign out front and poured the paint mess in the drain leaving the top of the drain splattered with paint mess. It looks horrible and trashy. This company’s employees regularly attempt landscape work but continue to miss the mark. They can’t seem to identify plants from weeds and grass. They will take a weed trimmer to your beautiful plants all the way to the ground, no matter how many times you tell them. When they aren’t doing that they will weed eat, dirt, rocks, and grass all over your vehicle. They show no pride or intelligence in their work. This company’s employees seem to have little to no training in the jobs they are attempting to perform. There’s very little public information available on this company as evident on their basic website. Our H.O.A cost a pretty penny. I truly believe we could get a better company for what we are paying. I definitely would not recommend this company for any reason at all, unless you like waisting your money.
