Straight out thieves!!!!I went here to file bankruptcy told the lawyer my situation that I came to texas for a fresh start and was living in a terrible situation but I was working ...I found out that I had to wait a year to file so I straight out asked the lawyer what if I lose my job and have to move again, he explained that I simple fill out a form and I would get my deposit back, since NO work would be done for a whole year when I was able to apply bankruptcy, I agreed and signed ..well I lost my job and only had so many days to move and I explained this to the receptionist who WILL NOT ANSWER ANYTHING, she plays dumb!! so I called and asked about process to get my deposit back..all she would say is write on a piece of paper what is the reason why and explain situation, I asked do they send a check or money order bc I didnt want a personnel check if possible she had no asnwers once again ..so I moved with only my last check and was counting on barron & barron to send me my deposit back since they didnt do anything at all period bc I have to wait till 2019 to file. Well after a week I called she said she gave it to him, 2nd week samething, 3rd week Im upset asking what is taking so long and she said his father died I said well how am I supposed to know this, next thing I know I get a letter saying you will NOT be receiving your deposit back...I couldnt believe this is how Barron & Barron treats a individual who is trying to fix his credit and is already broke and they think this is alright to RIP off someone who was ONLY depositing money to build up the money to file, I never paid full amount of $1,840 bc I was dropping off money monthly to get the money to file....no lawyer files bankruptcy for you UNTIL you pay them ...so Barron & Barron kept my $400...SO BEWARE OF THIS LAW FIRM BARRON & BARRON that will steal your money for NO reason other to make Money!!I hope you believe in karma because karma will come around it always does !!
