They damaged door and refused to own up to it ! Used them for a couple years and had no problem until now . All I wanted was them to fix the damaged they caused !

Absolutely great. Everyone was so nice and throughout with my truck. They did a better job than I ever have. Make sure you have time to leave it so they can take their time detailing it. You cant beat their prices either. Definitely recommended.

Fabulous work...a little pricey, but worth it

This place oozes unprofessionalism & there clearly is a culture of poor work ethic. There was one guy -- he worked in the back where they vacuum out the cars -- he was courteous and seemed like he had a customer care disposition. The young female who checked me in, who doubles as a cashier, had 2/10 in the realm of professionalism. The actual car washing machinery was subpar at best(to put it mildly) & the guy who dried my car did a half-a$$ed job, as well. If it werent for the courteous guy in back, who didnt even vacuum my car by the way(the guy that serviced my car didnt say one word to me), the experience wouldve been a complete debacle. Im never returning to this place.

They did an awesome job shampooing my seats after my dog had got sick in my car. (It stank yall!!!). Seats clean and smell gone. He said if it come back to give him a call. I also like that they pick up and deliver. That helps a lot, hard to get away from work. I also appreciated the tip on removing the dog hair. Im a groomer thus dog hair is part of my life lol.I will definitely use again!!!

Quick service, attentive to detail.

My first experience here wasnt so great. I brought my truck in for a wash and wax and engine cleaned. I dropped it off at 800am and got called at 230pm so say my truck was ready. I get there to do walk through.Well the wax and wash was done but as soon as I pop the hood and nothing cleaned so i sit and wait for them to do job and from the looks of it so much for the wax clean job and they should come up with a package that includes a simple vacume and dust on the interior if im going to be paying 180.00$ so my experience not a great as everyone talked about maybe next time ill give a try and hopefully ill have better luck!Thanks extreme detail!

I do not ever write reviews, but this is well deserved. I took my fiancé’s car there before selling it, and WOW! Got the seats shampooed along with the carpet, outside detailed and waxed. When I came to pick up the car, it looked show room floor clean. I currently live in Kemah and would take the hour and a half drive again for them to clean my vehicles! 5 stars, worth every penny!

They removed some stubborn carpet stains from my 18 year old Toyota for a good price. Underpromised and overdelivered!

I went there twice and called three times to schedule a time and date to have my travel trailer washed and waxed......I was given a price the first visit and was told to call back to schedule, when I did I never received a call back and was never scheduled even when I showed back up in person.

Did a good job.

Best place if you want a clean car inside and out. I have tried others in town (Nederland) and they do not compare in service or detail cleaning.

5hours and counting to wash a sxs and when i showed up to check on it they were playing music off my my sound system 🙄
