Loved my time at Carriage House Apartments! Johnette Morrison, who is the manager is truly AMAZING! Johnette communicates quickly, clearly, and provides great service. I honestly feel like I am speaking to a friend when I speak with Johnette. Johnette always goes the extra mile and made my experience at Carriage House Apartments better than expected! In my 14 years of renting apartments, this by far, has been the best experience. The apartment complex is always clean and it’s located in a nice area. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The apartments are walking/short distance to anything you could need. The inside of the apartments are well kept and nice. I loved that everything matched and it was kept up to date. No rodent or pest issues. I loved having a set amount for rent each month and not having to guess how much all utilities would be plus rent. I loved the easy option for renter’s insurance to be included in your monthly total. I was able to set my monthly rent dues to auto deduct each month via online and the process to set it up is smooth and easy. You can tell Johnette really loves what she does, enjoys meeting new people, and most importantly wants you to get the best experience when coming “home”. I stayed in these apartments for a little over a year and a half and have zero complaints. I only moved out because I got married and moved in with my husband. I recommend these apartments to anyone!

Application process is quick and easy. Johnette, property manager, is awesome! Very friendly, personable, knowledgeable. Property is clean and well maintained. Very excited to be here.

I’ve lived here for going on three years, and I absolutely love the staff. They are quick to call you back when you have an emergency, and Jonnette is the sweetest she can be and very knowledgeable and considerate. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested. They keep up with apartment maintenance and the people here are like a little community. Very friendly neighbors. They are currently doing some upgrading and it’s so nice to have a reasonable price when renewing the lease with all the upgrades. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Johnette the apartment manager is super nice and accommodating. The apartment was probably the cleanest apartment I’ve ever lived in and the community was super quiet and was always kept clean.

As a new resident of the Carriage House Apartments, I am greatly impressed by the efficiency of the Manager of the complex as well as the Maintenance provided. I have called and received immediate attention to my requests. The Maintenance person is both personable and efficient - a rare find in the business of solving problems!

OMG! The new management has made some amazing improvements here. Ive spoken with them about some of the upcoming changes too and am excited to see what comes. I think this will definitely be one of the best places around to live.

I want to thank Johnette for having a wheelchair ramp and handicap parking spot for those who are in wheelchairs or handicapped they did not have one on our side of the building . Thanks for caring and for understanding the importance of this.

If I could give less stars I would. Only 5 washing machines to the entire property. And dont forget theres always at least one out of order. Dont plan on washing your clothes where you live. DO NOT RENT HERE!

More residents need to take the time to complete reviews. I do not recommend living here. Do not get yourself stuck in a binding contract with this company. I moved in April 5th 2017 it is now July 25th 2017 I have had my air conditioner stop working 5 times. They do not consider ac issues an emergency and are closed on the weekends. You will not get your ac even looked at until the next business day. Imagine you have a 7 year old beagle and your air goes out in the summer of Southeast Texas on a Friday after office hours, not an emergency. If youre a 70 year old woman and your ac goes out on the weekend, still not an emergency. The excuse is its an old property with old units. However my unit is apparently still under warranty. Im still sitting here with my thermostat reading 85 though. Ive left a message with Ashley (no last name was given) who is supposed to be the direct supervisor and have not received a response from her either. I seriously do not know what else to do but complete a bad Google review and hope other people do not make the same mistake I did. Im stuck until this lease is up. Read the reviews and DO NOT rent here. I posted a picture of the most recent solution. At least one room is cool. Not to mention Im paying rent for central air and heat...

Some changes to Carriage House are coming. Some upgrades to the kitchens, air conditioners, and outdoor amenities will make this an even better place to live.

Ive lived here for over a year and mainly for the location to work and Im over irritated. In the beginning it was highly roach infested, and after numerous complaints and pest control... theyve finally gotten that under control. But I constantly have to request for my air filter to be changed and I suffer with severe allergies, and the maintenance guy comes and pretends to fix things but doesnt actually fix them. Im currently having to deal with a tenant below me parking trailers in the parking lot and taking up parking space and parking is very limited. And the office manager cant seem to get them to move!!! Im not a happy tenant.

I live at that place for two years the office people are slum lords the yard maintenance come every Tuesday at scratch up your car with the gotdamn lawnmowers an the office dont do nothing about 625 a month to damn near live in carriage house projects they dont change air filters or nothing its very roach infested an they cut your water off every week cause they to sorry to fix the plumbing people dont waste your time or your money to live in that apartment complex
