The staff here were awesome and really helped me with all my needs. The manager Bill helped me find breaks that are warranted for my car at the best price. Also Sam was helpful in making sure my purchase was made with all the info I needed. I will be coming here for life now.

I own a small roofing business in town and use my truck on a daily basis. So when my truck battery stopped holding a charge, I was worried it was the alternator or a dead battery. I brought it to Autozone a few weeks ago and the service was outstanding. A young man named Leo, tested my battery and my alternator for me. After determining that the battery was dead, Leo helped me purchase a new battery AND INSTALLED IT FOR ME! I was so thrilled I offered to tip him but he said it was company policy to not take it. My truck since has started up beautifully and I’m very happy. Thank you!

I have to give a shout out to The Store Manager Dori who completely saved the day yesterday. My cousin and I were trying to replace his head lights which we both thought was going to be an easy task. After an hour or so of fidgeting around with them we were both beginning to assume we purchased the wrong ones. We went back to AutoZone and was approached with a cheerful greeting by Dori. We explained what was going on and before we new it she was outside with us in the cold replacing the lights and explaining the tricky procedure. She knows her stuff and has an awesome personality to go along with it. Thank you again Dori for turning a frustrating night around!

I visited autozone to purchase new brake pads as well as a replacement head light. I was greeted by the sweetest and enthusiastic woman. She made conversation with me and was super patient with the questions I had about the difference between standard and gold brakes. She also went out of her way to replace my headlight in freezing weather. She truly made me feel special. Thank you again Mel!

My wifes car was having battery issues took it down to Auto Zone they checked it was bad. They installed the new one. It was a bit of a battle with the small car and such tight engine spaces but the store manager came and helped the young lady. All works great now cannot say enough about the excellent service.

My car was having issues and it made me nervous to drive it so I decided to stop in to Auto Zone around closing time to see if it was safe to drive. When I went in a manager named Ajay quickly took a look at it and told absolutely not to drive it because my tire was going to fall off. He sold me a few lug nuts and even put it on after hours. Ajay went above and beyond in helping me! Will definitely be bringing my business to the Naugatuck Auto Zone after this experience!

Store manager is very professional always observing the rest of the crew making sure the customers are being taken care of and satisfied. He really takes his job serious and it shows. Seen him with a few new workers and he seems patient and really willing to train. Give this man raise!

Place was very clean efficient well laid out for covid 19 preventions looks like all employees were properly ordering their masks correctly which is a big deal compared to some other retail establishments. and then play was able to find the one part I was looking for very easily.

Car needed a new battery, but as it turns out there were a bunch of other problems that had me coming back throughout the day. Even on the managers off hours, he and his team took exceptional care to handle the issues. These are people that really do care, and it shows. Full five stars.

Was traveling from New York for a course and was directed to this AutoZone for a new battery after my car wouldnt start. I was fortunate enough to encounter Eric, who was very quick in diagnosing the issue and in replacing my battery, testing everything and getting me on my way during the 45 min lunch break from class. Eric went above and beyond in looking into whether my battery was under warranty and Anthony promptly processed a refund once it was found it was. These gentleman were really pleasant, professional, and thorough and REALLY helped turn around a day that was going pretty badly. They went above and beyond to help and I am really glad to have gone to this AutoZone.

This review would have been zero stars if it was not for an employee named Ryan. There were 2 other incompetent people working there. Ryan appears to be the only one knowledgeable. Ryan heard the store in chaos and came out from the back. He was able to install 3 customers batteries in 20 min. The other two one appeared new and had never changed a battery before and the other was “on workman’s comp”? Then why are you at work if you can’t work? How 2020. Thanks Ryan for changing my battery in the rain. I was waiting in the store 30 min before he came out and turned the store back to order. I may still be there if not for him

I purchased some parts for my car from AutoZone online -- but they didnt fit my car. After I spoke with someone online at corporate, they told me I could take them to a local AutoZone store for return and refund.My nearest store was Naugatuck, CT, and fortunately, I met Anthony, the store manager. I explained the situation, and he could not have been more helpful. Despite telecommunication difficulties (we had a recent storm in the area), Anthony stayed involved, and let me leave the store while he waited for information back to verify my account.He did -- as promised, he then called me back, with my refund in hand. he trusted me, and even helped me carry the returned parts into the store.If this is the way he is in helping just one customer, we should encourage him by helping his business -- Ill be going back there for future purchases. Anthony, keep up the great work, and I appreciate your help!!

I was really worked up because one of the employees sold me the wrong part for my vehicle. When I came back in a couple hours later, joao gave me an attitude for trying to return the wrong part. I then was about to leave and go buy the part somewhere else, but Ryan D. stepped in and helped. He felt bad about the whole situation and returned the part. We visited the Naugatuck store today to purchase wiper blades. As soon as we entered the store, the manager Anthony asked if we needed help. I went to Autozone two days in a row and the experience was very consistent. The 4 employees that helped me were all pleasant. As a young woman walking into an auto parts store, I usually walk in feeling like I will be taken advantage of, but that was not my experience whatsoever. The manager, Anthony, was very helpful and able to assist me with all my car related questions, even ones that were outside of the scope of what the store could do for me.

They just always do a great job.

Stopped by the Naugatuck AutoZone to see why the check engine light came on in the car. Both Joao and Anthony helped right away with the diagnosis. Both of them were very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Will definitely go back in the future, very pleased with the experience.

The other evening it was raining so hard after i got out of work and could barely see out my windows. I stopped by at Autozone to get some wipers before my 45 minute drive home. The manager, Jerome was super professional, polite and efficient. He found me the correct wipers and even offered to come out and put the wipers on for me even though I told him Id do them myself. He changed all 3 of my wipers and checked my oil for me. Customer service at its finest. 10/10 will definitely come back to this location.

I have been to this location several times. Staff is friendly and usually knowledgable when I have questions. The manager Anthony I have noticed is quick to step up and help if there is an issue with checking out or a question. Overall, a great store and you cant beat the warrenty on parts.

I accidentally threw out my receipt for a radiator I purchased late last year. I called the store to have the clerk look it up so they can reorder it. I wont name said clerk but he couldnt find it anywhere in their system. I was so upset, crying, because I knew I purchased it there. So I had to call corporate, they connected me to the regional manager Arif. He found it instantly in his computer. He called the store and had them immediately order a new one and had it sent to my mechanics shop yesterday. I want to thank store manager Anthony and their driver Sunshine, sorry, forgot her real name, but Anthony said we can call her Sunshine, lol. for PROFESSIONALLY handling the situation. Anthony and Sunshine are the best!

I am a long time customer for more than filthen years and over the years. I have had good and not so good experience but more are the goods. During my last visit to the Autozone in Naugatuck. I was attended by sales representative Eric Jensen. I was returning a pair of rear rotors from my Ford F-150 with three years of warranty with luck I was over due from my warranty for four days. Eric told me because the warranty was expired I had to pay for the rotos and refer my to Anthony Flynn store manager.Next day I show up with the old rotors hoping Anthony Flynn Manager at the Naugatuck store would honor the warranty. Eric was at the store at the time and not too encouraging but I stood positive.I talk to Anthony and his level of professionalism and customer service was out standing, he honor my warranty. He definitely made my day better and continue to by a loyal customer.

Everyone there is very helpful. If the person assisting you isnt able to find what your looking for others come to help in any way possible (as long as their not to busy helping other customers themselves.

No one knows what theyre talking about, even though they swear they do. They will steer you wrong, not on purpose, just because they really have no clue. Ive called ahead of time many times inquiring for a part, for them to have me come all the way down there and they dont have it. Never have loaner tools. Wrong parts in the boxes. Theyre a freaking mess

I went for windshield wipers. They looked up my car in computer and gave me wrong size then when I got the right size they were going to put them on for me as I brake the plastic catch all the time the guy who told me he would meet me by my car left out the back door. 15 minutes later after waiting in line again someone put them on, but poor service.
