Aaron and his partner were the most professional service people we have ever encountered. They were courteous, polite and made recommendations that we didn’t even think of to improve the efficiency of the whole project.We had a mess in the basement, some of which was from previous work and they left the downstairs as if it was just renovated. We were awestruck by how much they had accomplished and how polished they’re work was.These guys are the all-stars of the service business!

I was selling my sisters home after she died. I needed the underground heating oil tank removed and a new tank installed in the basement. I got several quotes but only C2G could handle doing both removal and install. The crew showed up early and got right to work. I had to remove a section of fence and one fence post, so they could access digging up the tank. The crew assisted me with that. Then they uncovered the tank, transferred the remaining fuel oil out and cleaned the inside. They removed the tank quickly and took soil samples with no soil contamination. The crew filled up the hole and leveled the ground and removed the tank from the property and cleaned up the general area that they were working. They installed the new tank in the basement and transferred the fuel oil that was leftover form the tank removal. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for the work I needed.

On a recent Sunday our oil tank developed a leak. C2G was recommended by a neighbor. She couldnt say enough about what great service they gave her. She was correct! Our fantastic service experience began with the kind women who answered the phone ON A SUNDAY! She contacted two technicians who came to our house within an hour and set up a temporary system. They saved all the oil from the old tank. They then came out the following Wednesday and installed a new tank. Jackie patiently shared with us the information we needed to know to make our decision for a new tank. They were clear and up-front about the costs associated with our decision. I was most impressed with the communication between all the employees at C2G. No matter who you talk to they were aware of our situation and the decisions that had been made. The technicians were very professional, very personable and cleaned up after themselves. This company should give workshops on customer service because they certainly know how to do it and do it well.
