I purchased the “bucket” of Platinum washes last year(2020). Today I tried to use one of the three remaining washes and was refused service! Under New Management that said they honored the certificates up until the beginning of the year!? There is no expiration date on my certificates! Very poorly handled by the attendant and the callback I requested from the owner was NOT from the owner. When he bought the business, he bought these vouchers!!Attendant made the people behind me back up so I could get out instead of just running my car through on rinse or something. Very very poor business owner!!!

They dont dry your car after the car wash. When I asked if they had a towel so I can do it myself the gave me a roll of paper towels... Super classy

I had a horrible experience at Naugatuck Car Wash and do not recommend this place at all. This car wash caused costly damage to my car and the owners are refusing to pay for repairs.As I was taking my car through the car wash, I was surprised and alarmed by a jolt and what felt like my car being dropped or going into a hole. Clearly, something wasn’t right, and I had never experienced anything like it before at other car washes. As a result of a mechanical or human error, my car now has a nine-inch scrape that goes from the front to the side of the front bumper on the driver’s side, as well as several areas of damage on the passenger’s side. Not only was the paint damaged and removed, but the plastic underneath was “gouged” according to the body shop professional who looked at my car. The body shop’s preliminary estimate to fix the damages will cost at least $753.49.I asked the car wash attendant for the name and phone number of the owner, but he gave me the runaround. He said he only knew his boss’ first name as “Tony” but didn’t have his phone number, which I found hard to believe since he would need it in emergencies. After I became more insistent, he gave me the phone number of a car wash membership organization called Ever Wash that has no ownership in the car wash. It turned out to be a useless phone call and waste of my time.I had to go to the Naugatuck Town Hall to get the identity and contact information on the car wash’s owner, Allan Scozzari. When I called Mr. Scozzari, he was defensive and confrontational, but he agreed to meet with me at the car wash to look at my car. When I arrived, he was there with his business partner Anthony Setaro. Mr. Scozzari looked at my car, walked away and left me to deal with Mr. Setaro who was incredibly rude. I asked to see video footage of my car before entering, while inside and exiting the car wash, and Mr. Setaro snidely retorted, This isnt CSI!Mr. Setaro claimed there are no cameras inside their Naugatuck Car Wash in spite of all the upgrades they allegedly made. Furthermore, they have refused to show me any footage from the outside cameras.They have flat-out denied any liability, so now I have to file a claim with my insurance company. While insurance will pay for some of the repair costs and the rental car, I am stuck paying the $500 deductible.

Easy access, well maintained and free vacuums 👍

I must say I love going to Naugatuck car wash. One of the few places left at you could actually wash your car by yourself. And of course you cant beat the free vacuuming.

Decent car wash = $10 . & They offer free vacuuming, via separate vacuums, which I didnt try. Apparently under new ownership they also offer unlimited monthly car wash plan = $14

Attendent approached and talked to me without a mask and also did a lousy job of pre-spraying the car. Did not spray half the front, the whole right side of the car or any of the windows.

Paid 20 something for the machine to just spread dirt on my car and the young guy who works there shouldnt have a job dude wasnt paying attention to anything talking on the phone the whole time

I spent $15 on the platinum wash. I have a small suv. The back was not even clean. But worst thing is that my car us now all scratched up. I am so pissed off.

If I could give.no stars, I would. My husband went there for basic car wash package. Was offered the unlimited package. When my husband declined the offer, the rep continued to push, trying to get the info needed to sign him up for unlimited service. Again my husband told him he didn’t want the service. The rep then became argumentative, refusing service, telling my husband that he didn’t need his business and to “get the f#%k out!

I went and did my own vacuuming, as I always do. The vacuums they have are only large hoses so they won’t allow you to get into smaller areas. The suction on the hoses is extremely weak. Then I did the delux or more expensive exterior wash service they had and the young guy who did it left scratches all over my trunk. I had also asked him to remove a spot on my windshield, he just blatantly ignored me. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and will definitely not be back.... sad to say Bc I love supporting small businesses but that was all around poor customer service and quality

Vaccum is nit free and you sho7kd pay an extra dollar for 4.5 minutes. Id suggest to include it in the charge.

Best automatic carwash in town even the base wash is amazing and the bay wash is amazing the soap and wax realy do work and if theres any problem like i had one time i spoke to the owner [lenny] and he has a heart of gold he just gave me more quarters and said very politely that he was sorry unlike some of these other guys who have a chip on there shoulders

They do a great job washing your car but the only thing I don’t like about it is that there’s no one there to dry it when you come out

You cant deposit 10 dollars worth of quarters because it messes up the computer and it shirtens the 3-4 mins of time from your timer. So you can only deposit the minimum amount of 2.50 amd every time it beeps after 4 or so minutes ypu have to redeposit more money. Its a hassle and carwashes should not have to be a hassle. THE OWNER SHOULD FIX THIS PROBLEM
