I rented chairs and a tent for a wedding on Easter Sunday. K and J showed up on time to set up and to pick up the chairs and tent. Absolute flawless execution. They were easy to deal with and allowed me to change my order without any problems. Pricing was also very reasonable, even with the wedding being on Easter Sunday.

Bad customer service never again reaching out for any rentals I had get my rentals through a different business.

Not a pleasant experience at all! They gave me a tent that would not stay down and kept blowing away, & when I called to see how this could be fixed they blamed it on the wind. They would not come back to fix the tent or give me any other solution. I had to call multiple times and they threatened to just come pick up the tent and only give me a partial refund. I DID NOT WANT A REFUND, ALL I WANTED WAS A TENT THAT WOULD STAY IN PLACE! Horrible experience, & I regret using their service.

I called several times, even emailed regarding chiavari chairs and never heard back from them.

Bad customer service called and asked for 40 chairs and they said they couldnt deliver because I only ordered 40 chairs and I guess it wasnt enough for them screw them find another company theyre not worth it
