Ive been here for years and now they REQUIRE insurance, even though their website doesnt mention insurance being required. Their own website says to consider purchasing an insurance policy, not that it is REQUIRED.The basic $2k policy is $9/month, keep that in mind when you go to lease a space.Ive never had a problem with rats or homeless people or any of those things Ive read, but they do lack transparency on their policies.

This storage is infested with rats and cockroaches. The employees do not do anything to help protect your things. please before renting this unit look for the reviews that this storage has. Do not look just because it is cheap at the end of the day you will pay more for everything that is going to be lost in your things for rats and cockroaches.

Ive had a storage unit here for the last year and the Storage units are kept in good condition. The girls in the office are mostly very serious, but nice nonetheless. Everything seems orderly always.

I was in a accident before the accident I was already a customer And I was ready to upgrade I found it difficult to get into the storage I brought it to the owner or managers attention the next day he installed a ramp for me to get into my storage. Absolutely horrible. Disgusting storage facilities, too bad I didnt have enough time to find a decent place. My stuff was stored there for about six months and throughout that time I emailed and called them about 3 times about small question or issues and never got an email or call back. Doing a walk in is worse since their agents have the worst attitude. Called two weeks ago and was promised a call back from a manager. I specifically mentioned my contact issues with them and was reassured I wouldnt have to call back, they would contact me. Here I am, no call or any means of contact from them. Now Ill have to call back and deal with the attitude their reps have. Save yourself the hassle and find somewhere else to store your things.

Been here for a couple months, and i have to say that the maintenance guy, Carlos is the reason why im leaving this place!! Not only does he have an attitude problem, but he is the most unprofessional worker i have met.I tried to file a complaint about his bad work ethics however management is even worse! They let their staff mistreat customers!Simply put, these guys dont care about longevity and good customer service.Besides there horrible customer service, i ended up throwing away lots of my goods due to their RAT INFESTATION!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

Its dirty. Bathrooms are dirty. Homeless people sit in thier units all day. Homeless people sleep in thier cars here. Management doesnt care! In fact the whole place is filthy. Trash everywhere and hallways are not swept or mopped
