This store is a hidden gem. I just discovered them. Forget the big box store, just go here. Even the less expensive equipment was still great quality. The staff is highly knowledgeable and very polite and helpful. I drove from Banning to go here, almost 2 hours. It was worth the trip. And. Got a great price on my amp. Excellent store!

After extensive research, I purchased a Martin 000-15 from Pitbull Audio. This was after searching wide and far with many vendors for photos of the actual guitar I would receive. Customer service was excellent and they worked with me on the price following a competitor posting a slight discount. Communication was thorough and I received my Martin earlier than expected, in perfect shape. My experience with Pitbull was excellent.

We found that Pitbull had the Strat my son wanted, so I called and spoke to Shane. I let him know that wed be in the next morning to pick it up. Shane had his techs check it out and prep it for us, which was great. When we arrived, Shane had it ready for pick up, so we didnt have to wait to get a few minutes of playing in before proceeding with the purchase.Though its about a 1.5 hour drive, well probably be back.

Awesome Customer support, I originally found a MusicMan Stingray through Pitbull Audios Reverb Store, When the bass arrived I realized that the particular model wasnt quite the fit for me. I reached out to sales/returns and they were exorbitantly helpful. Fernando Immediately gave me a RMA and accepted the return plus contacted MusicMan for the particular bass I requested. During the process of which my order was being returned I kept an eye on Pitbull audios store for new stock, I eventually settled on a beautiful raspberry MusicMan Stingray. Fernando was quick to respond and sent me a invoice for the instrument. I could have easily gone elsewhere but Pitbull Audios Quality Control and Customer Service was exceptionally great. Pitbull audio is the place anyone can go to for a pathetic excuse for customer service. A basic question about installation of a tremolo arm degrades into a back and forth about terminology in an ad. Buyer beware and prepared to be insulted and degrade when asking a question about a product.

I’ve always had smooth transactions with Pitbull Audio until I mixed up two returns and mailed a Pitbull Audio return to another music dealer’s return warehouse on the other side of the country. But the one i received from Pitbull company is not same quality. Sound is very poor, No bass at all. The pitbull took item back, but they charge restocking FEE for bad product!!!!!Customer service is very nasty. I will never again buy from Pitbull company.

I totally recommend buying from Pitbull Audio. Their staffs (Fernando & Mark) are very nice and helpful. They let me exchange an ukulele which I ordered and found out that I was not happy with it due to bad factorys quality. So I get to exchange to a new one which Im very happy with. They even refund me some money that I didnt expect to receive. The thing is that I live in Bangkok, Thailand, so shipping takes time and cost a lot of money. Yet, they did not hesitate to help me, thank you Pitbull Audio!

Yo, this place slaps. The staff is comprised of knowledgeable, friendly musicians who all try to form genuine bonds and friendships with customers. Theyre almost always playing tunes through the soundsystem and will accommodate the volume level of the jams for anyone demoing gear. They encourage plugging in and jamming and are happy to have a full discussion with you about whatever, be it musical or not. I just reached out to them today to see if they would price match another seller on that platform for a different item, and they did! Pitbull Audio sent me a broken guitar. When I called to let them know, they asked that I send it back for a refund. The guitar was apparently damaged during the return shipping process and they refused to give me a refund. They accused me of damaging it and never addressed the fact that they sent me a broken guitar to begin with. Its been months now and I dont have a guitar or my money back. Avoid this place!*5/23/21* - The response from Pitbull Audio is nothing more than pure fantasy and outright lies. The fretboard had pieces missing that they attempted to hide with poorly dyed wood putty. THEY insisted that I return the guitar for a refund after they agreed that this was indeed a defect. I submitted pictures before the guitar was shipped out showing the damage to the fretboard. Why would they arrange a return if there was nothing wrong with the guitar? Its been nearly a year and I have STILL not received a refund. I am NOT responsible for any shipping damages. I dont know how these people sleep at night.

Found them when they had a little storefront and have seen them grow and grow. They probably have the largest selection of gear in San Diego. Making them our best kept secret.
