I came here to get my visors redone because the material was falling apart. They said it would cost me 60$ I paid them then came back the next day. Then they said they needed an extra 80$ because it was difficult to put the visors on. All together I was not pleased that I paid 200$ just to get my visors redone. Beware they might ask for money than the price set apon. I will not be going back.
Good advice, but couldnt do anything for me. Gave then two stars for the advise.
Asked me to buy the wood and material separately from another place and bring it back to them. them told my they dont have time to do my small job. customer service not so good as far as their work I wouldnt know.
Came in to get the headliner on my Volkswagen replaced and Henry was so helpful. Very professional looking job. I’m very happy with it!
Great customer service. Fair prices 👌
Great job, friendly people and good prices!! Would definitely go back.
I went in because I thought my seat was broken all it had was some loose screws. They tightened the screws for me at no cost! They were very sweet! I keep seeing bad comments so I was hesitant to come but I’m glad I did they were very sweet and professional very nice people!
Professional and very reasonable prices. This place was awesome to work with and very accommodating to work around some scheduling conflicts I had. Absolutely recommend getting any upholstery work done through them.
Terrible installation of a new vinyl top on my new paint job, looks like the old man Henry used a straight edge razor (or the pocket knife that he seems to use as his go to tool) to my new paint job. The paint on my car started to bubble right underneath where the old man cut the vinyl top directly on to my new paint job. The trim moldings where also damaged when he reinstalled them with some kind of glue or silicon that didnt last long.. Dont waste your money or time at this unprofessional shop...
They take there time but best work takes time.
This guy try to rip you off, I wouldnt recommend going here if your looking for a good fix and a reasonable price.
Family owned place with super nice staff!
I would highly recommend avoiding this place. We went in for a total interior and brought our car in for the most accurate estimate. We had the estimate written out clearly, so there would be no miscommunication.Missing items to be replaced, interior restored if salvageable, headliner, seat cores, dash pad, carpet etc. They gave one price, no haggling we accepted this and signed the work order. After they got started they broke the windshield, which they stated I would have to pay for. They told us after the fact that we should have known that the windshield would be removed and broken, and that wasnt part of the bid. So, although this seemed shady, I ceded this point and paid the extra $250.Welllll..... Just picked up my car. Here are the issues and their repose:1. Broken the panel in the center console.Response: That was not replaced. You specified to just clean up the car. We just put it back, That lid is the original so its not going to close right. Those tears on the console were there before.2. Broken shifter panel.3. Dash panel is not flush, gaps, air pocketsResponse: Yeah, this is after market piece, if you wanted it to look better you should pay more and get the original which could take months. Its not going to fit right if its after market.(Not discussed prior)4. Seat cores loose and not tight*Said they would fix passenger seat.5. Liners not flush on trim, air pockets, gapResponse: Those are originals and they shrunk in the sun.(Very sure they are newer plastic liners, and are gaping, not shrunk)6. Console to carpet gaps.7. Center console cuts, tears on edges, and glue seams / drips.Response: We tried to repair because we dont replace for this. If you wanted it to look better you should have done the higher8. Interior glove box cut open and broken.Response: We emailed you about this that we opened it for the heater box and you didnt want to spend more money.(Ahhhh Let me expound. So, they emailed about other added expenses such as radio, wires, gauges etc. I planned to do gauges with actual classic car gauges from another rebuild, so we passed on the 2k of upgrades. Anyhow, apparently, tearing open the glove box liner / repair is not included in part of the initial here? They claim it was torn, but I took the car apart myself. It was not torn.)If I would have been quoted a specific price for quality work, I would have had the opportunity to accept or decline, but I was only quoted this price for the job, and after the fact I am being told I was given a deal and that the work reflects this deal. They also spent more on parts apparently, yet, we brought the car in as it was (taken apart, carpet & pad scraped, etc.) and got an estimate looking at the actual car on site. This wasnt a phone bid, or of the cuff estimate. You cant underbid a job, do low quality work, and then blame the client for the bid!I did not haggle with the initial estimate. My worker brought in the car and was told the price to rebuild the interior. I was not told several prices with options for workmanship. I would have done the price reflective of the best work.**************************************Update: 2pmSo, I was actually on the phone with this company while typing this and the company responses. I let the person on the phone know they had a few negative reviews and I planned to post one as well because she was arguing and not coming to a resolution. Her response was: so what for negative reviews, there are negative people out there, they have a bad attitude, its not us.The company agreed to fix the passenger seat back core, but none of the other issues.I then get a call from the woman relating to this review. She calls to let me know I am a miserable person, a liar, and my life must be sad for me to post lies about her company.I explained my position, and that we definitely have different ideas of craftsmanship, expectation, and that calling a client names after a poor review is probably also unprofessional. If there are updates I will post.
WORST SHOP ON THE PLANET!!!DO NOT TRUST ARROYO BROTHERS, you will regret it!I love my truck, I trusted my truck to Arroyo Brothers and they betrayed me.What a regretful experience I had at Arroyo Brothers. I went in to have my headliner replaced on my beloved Sierra. What I got back was shoddy, sloppy work, a headliner with creases, new leather installed cockeyed, broken trim hanging and missing parts. Here is what I happened. While my truck was being painted, Arroyo Brothers removed the headliner to redo it. So far so, so good. The body shop finished, and the truck went back to Arroyo Brothers to re-install the headliner and install new leather. The owner called and said the truck was ready, so I took an uber down from SD, this was on a Friday. I was building a deck over the weekend at my place. I had a crew lined up and I needed my truck back. When I got to Arroyo Brothers, 30 bucks later, I was in shocked and in disbelief, stunned at what I was seeing. As I checked out their work, my heart sank, I was like, maybe they are not done... The owner was out, and his daughter was there instead. She was immediately belligerent with me, refusing to acknowledge the problems nor even look. She refused to contact her dad, let alone apologize nor at a minimum recognize the filthy mess as the window pillar trim is literally hanging from the roof along with the hands free mic it too left hanging, the mounting bracket lost. Then, and this is outrageous, she had the audacity to extort my truck back to me as I pointed out the damage and shoddy work. She could have cared less about my situation, and building the deck. I had no choice but to pay Arroyo Brothers extortion. My hope was to work it out with the owner when he came back the following Monday. I had a deck to build. The following Monday, the owner of Arroyo Brothers gave me his word he would make it right and the owner promised to make me happy. I was not asking for anything more then I paid for and the truck returned clean and the broken trim replaced. He promised to redo the job and replace the broken trim pieces and missing microphone for my hands free. We ended the conversation with him promising to contact me when the parts arrived. Three weeks later, no word. With the windshield trim falling down over every bump, no hands free, I finally stopped by to see what was up. Its clear the apple did not fall from the tree, the owner of Arroyo Brothers was now just as belligerent and intransigent as his daughter; with him cursing and physically threatened me, I split. Here is the thing, I NEVER write a negative review until I have given the vendor every opportunity to make it right. This is absolutely the case with Arroyo Brothers.
I brought my jeep soft top in to get it repaired here. They spent about half an hour diagnosing the problem (turned out to be a simple fix) and fixed the problem right there as I waited. They even refused any type of payment, even when I offered. The customer service was excellent and I would gladly take my jeep back in the future if I have any more problems.
They do cheap work and charge high prices. And they wont honnor there warranty
Did a great great job on my seats!
Bet you didnt know what a headliner was either, its the fabric on the top of the interior of the car. They did mine for an unbelievable price. and the quality was A+.
Cool owner Mr Henry
The price is very reasonable
Clean, courteous and efficient they do what they say they will do. Ive used them in the past and will continue to do so.
