Met Pedro years ago when I was a salesperson in a car dealership. I always appreciated how hard he worked and how easy it was to reach him. Sometimes a client needed to get new coverage at 10pm at night and we knew we could call Pedro and he would literraly show up at any time and get business handled. Since then, I have personally insured over 15 cars, home and my 2 restaurants. We have had to file a few claims. One I was at fault. And the others were break-ins to my business. Pedro always makes sure to communicate and make the whole process easy. I have always felt that he is simply looking out for my best interest. Highly recommend him!!

Is the worse place ever for get insurence, they dont even speak English, so why they are at San Diego.. anyways thats not the issue, I had to call them many times, cause the girls keep hanging up on me, at purpose, even the last guy I guess was Tamayo he hang up on me, well they are just bad BADDDD!!!!!, terrible customer service...and I dont know why State Farm let people like this work for them..please dont get insurance with them they are the worse for this job, get some where else cause with this agent theyre workers sucks, (PERSONAL EXPERIENCE)

This company is absolutely horrible they are extremely overpriced and when I was going through my year renewal with them my rate went up to $250 from 180 and when I went to Wawanesa and I had a quote done my quote is only 1 27 a month thats a huge difference obviously All State Farm and this Pedro tomayos office wants is money and to give bad customer service & rip people off.... I just think its weird how their company hold certain points on your record for certain amount of years but other companies dont hold it for that long its just really weird... I would recommend to ANYONE.GO TO WAWANESA !
