Fix auto was great! They took the time to explain the process of getting my car fixed after someone scratched it. My car was done in 3 days which was two days faster than I was originally informed. I took my car here to get my number fixed. They did such an amazing job with everything. My car looks brand new again. They even washed it and cleaned the inside. Looks like I just purchased it from the dealer. They did a better job with the car wash too than the dealership and I paid for that car wash. Gabriel and his staff are super friendly and professional. Gabriel went over everything with me, he’s very patient and answers all your questions and concerns. He also was very good about communicating with me for any updates on my car and when it would be ready. My car was done on time (not that that mattered to me because I wanted them to take their time) and there was no rush but they did an awesome job. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back for anything else. They’re amazing. Thank you to the whole team for their hard work.

Ok this shop is okay. I unfortunately had a minor accident with my old old car. Long story short it was a totaled. They submitted a quote to my insurance and guess what, they indicated my car as 5-speed manual when in fact it is automatic. Hence i would have had short-changed by my insurance since manual transmission is usually cheaper than automatic. If i had not looked at the paperworks i would have loss more money. I mean how hard is it to tell if a car is automatic or manual? They just have to look. Not writing this to smear their reputation, but if anyone who is reading this unfortunately have this same scenario, this is just a reminder to always carefully read your paperworks. Don’t just sign your life away! 🤗

Fix Auto is amazing! I originally got a quote back in December and needed to put off getting my car repaired because I couldn’t afford it at the time (full time college student) and when the time came to get it done, they told me that the estimate may be higher due to part price fluctuation. However, it turned out to be cheaper than estimated and they finished in 3 days vs. 5 days. I’m so impressed because they made it an easy process and kept me updated throughout the repair. 10/10 would recommend. My brother went through them for his repair so I went with them and I don’t regret it. Thank you to everyone who helped me during my visits.

I did not walk around my car properly and I did not notice that my car was damage at the shop.Note: DeMarco took pictures of my vehicle prior repairs and these pictures got send to my insurance.Immediately when I arrived to my home I walked around my car and I noticed the following:Backseat of my car had crazy glue smeared on the seatThe passenger side doors had oversprayDoor handle with deep scratchesThe window tint of my car was damageThe door seals had air bubblesThe gas cap was damageBack passenger door (inside) edges had several scratchesWax paste smeared all over the interior of the carI called the Shelton which he was in charge of this repair. Great communication by Matt Woods throughout the process and was done beautifully 9 days ahead of schedule.***UPDATE***Got the car home and found white primer or whatever all over the rim & tires and inside of the hood. It washed off after a few cycles and a good waxing, but I expected the rim to be sent out for inspection and obviously cleaned up after the accident, however it was in the same condition I brought it in with. In fact, whoever took it on and off mangled the inside of my rims hub cap and that thing went flying off during a drive a few days later costing me $45 bucks to find a new one on ebay. Also, take your belongings out of your trunk or they will throw it in however they please. The paint looks great, but the attention to detail is also important.

This company has fixed 5 of my business vehicles. They were very slow always underquoted the repairs. I took a vehicle in 2 weeks ago for an estimate and they just told us today they didnt want to do business with us because we yelled at them when we picked our last vehicle up over a month ago when the work was not completed satisfactorily after waiting an additional 2 weeks past the date they said the car would be done. Go anywhere else. I will be complaining to AAA and Statefarm and telling everyone I know not to use this company. Thanks for literally wasting my time.
