I had such a great experience with JPP! Our technicians, Edgar and Tristan, were super professional and efficient. I scheduled our services/repairs during my daughters nap and they were super mindful of being quiet coming in to replace our garbage disposal, which was so sweet. It also was replaced much faster than I anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise.They also replaced a damaged main water line and hydro jetted our main line along with the bathroom and kitchen line to clear all sludge and debris. The service was efficient, they were so sweet to our family, and at the end of the day the value of the service is unmatched. Highly recommend!

I had backup in my kitchen sink coming from my upstairs neighbors. It had been going on for 2 days before I called after attempting to fix it myself. Ricardo deservers praise for helping me out today.The main plumbing line in my home was clogged, and backed up sewage was pouring out into our bathtub and bathroom. Really great company. I called spoke to a really nice lady she was able to get me an appointment 2 hours after I called. When the plumber RICARDO showed up really nice professional he explained to me the issue and how he was able to fix it. He answered all my question I had in regards to the issue. Him and his partner fixed the problem in about 15 minutes very fast I saw him double check for any gas leaks. He fixed the pipe going into the gas oven now its up and running again. I called John Padilla Plumbing right after my Tennant had called me saying that the shower turned on by itself and won’t turn off. Alex answered the phone right away and was very helpful. We had a clogged drain that was not only backing up in our tub but causing water to come up in an adjacent bathroom. We called John Padilla Plumbing and asked if they could send someone in the next few days. They were extremely professional and, to our surprise, let us know someone could be at the house in the next 20 minutes. Sure enough, Julio was at our door ready to unclog the drain in 20 minutes. It took him another 20 minutes and he had the drain unclogged and running smoothly.As for Covid precautions, Julio was sure to wear a mask the entire time. He let us know a few of the techs have already received the vaccine and they are all working towards getting it.As Julio was leaving, he put a water pressure reader on our main line to make sure the citys water wasnt too pressured. This pressure check was for free. Finally, Julio let us know the job was guaranteed for 30 days.I couldnt have been happier with the service, professionalism, and responsiveness. Brandon was absolutely amazing! Our Birth Center unfortunately experienced sewage overflow over the weekend that included clogged drains/toilets in all of our restrooms and a sewage caked up walk-in shower. Professional front office and friendly too. I had a number of different updates done on a 41 year old home I purchased. Over the past 15 months John Padilla plumbing team Matthew, David, Juan, Julio have come to help with a varity of updates such as Matthew restored the central heater and it has run great and problem free since the repairs,, Juan installed a new gas line allowing for a switch from all electric stove to gas. Big thumbs up! Very happy with this change. David updated all the angle stops. Woo hoo no more leaky valves. My water bill should reflect this improvement. Juan installed the new kitchen faucet. As you can tell a lot of work has been completed by the plumbing team at John Padilla. They always arrived on time, did excellent work and always answered all of my questions about their work and pointed out the problems they observed and recommended a reasonable approach to fixing the issue. Our service tech Manny was very diligent and professional while locating and repairing a leak in our copper plumbing lines, including his assessment of what potentially caused the leak and how we could proceed with addressing the root problem. Work was completed in a timely fashion and for a very reasonable cost.

The toilet stinks for a long time, so I tried many ways, but to no avail.Brandon identified the cause and corrected it neatly.

We had been having problems with our furnace since last winter. I had three HVAC companies come out and none of them could figure out the issue. I was referred to this company by the manufacture of my furnace and after I explain the situation they sent us their most experienced technician, Matthew Getz. He performed an extensive 2.5 hour diagnostic and found the problem yet only charged their standard $89 diagnostic fee. He provided me a quote and the price was very reasonable so I went ahead and did the repair. After he installed the new part he did another full how do you affection to ensure everything was working properly. He also he also noticed they were many items that were not done to code by the original installer and asked if we wanted a quote and I said yes. A few days later we had an issue again and he came out immediately made some adjustments and also found some other items they were incorrectly installed and fix those as well. He said that there was no charge since it was part of their warranty of service. It turned out that the original installer did a completely incorrect job and was certainly not done to code the three other companies a came also meddled with it and Matt corrected absolutely everything. Now that the furnace is working properly I have scheduled another appointment to have them come out and bring everything up to code. I highly recommend this company for the professionalism and thoroughness that other companies simply won’t do.

During site investigation, plumbers cut an enormous hole in the bathroom tile wainscot. The surrounding tiles were chipped and had to be replaced causing twice as much work. No care was taken to do this job carefully.

Weve used JP Plumbing on several occasions and up until today each technician/plumber sent was professional and friendly. Today it was a different story, the gentleman that showed up at our house was very rude to my wife and provided very poor customer service. He failed to address a defective fill valve (would get stuck preventing toilet tank from filling up after flushing) because it worked while I was here in spite of the fact that my wife explained it happened regularly but not all the time. Fortunately, I called back and they were able to send a different plumber to address the issue.
