Im just impressed. I got the right number of reminders (I was neither nagged nor quite left to my own devices...which I needed!). I got a mail packet to help me organize. I got a phone call asking me if I was sure about certain information... Which turned out to be not true. :-) The block team is trustworthy, and respectful. They acknowledge that were human beings and we have ability to forget, or make mistakes in general. I just love the block advisors team... Specifically the Natick team.

Easy access, preparation of taxes took a short amount of time.

The receptionist rudeness and her uncustomer skills. Even my daughter commented on her rudeness. Also she was upset when we didnt bring all the paperwork we needed. When the appt. Was made I was informed to just bring our w-9s and anything different from last year.

My tax advisor took me 35 minutes late. I had 4 documents to be entered into computer. I was charged $368.00 for 15 minutes work. You want a good review, really??

I went to Block Advisors the last 2 years and had a very positive experience. This year, I filed my taxes in April with Greg Zakarian. Radha Narayana sent me an e-mail on May 7th asking for a tax ID number because they entered the incorrect number. I have reached out to them 4+ times and still have not received a response from Radha, Greg or anyone else. My taxes are still not filed and it has been almost a month since they initially reached out to me.

My advisor, Dennis, knows my taxes inside and out. My visit is always efficient and informative.
